    Brined pickles with garlic are great too , they stay crunchy . Ever have Brined green tomatoes , pickled whole with garlic and spices ? 😋 yummy. TFS 😁

      I made some fermented red tomatoes with garlic and basil. That's what got me excited about fermentation. I've done saurkraut, but the tomatoes were just off the chart with flavor! I made a video about it quite a while back.

    I just canned a bunch of those yesterday. A slice of roasted beef, havarti cheese, and a pepperoncini.....my favorite flavor in the world! I can eat a jar a day😀
