Wrong. Dragon takes super effective damage against ice and water resists it. That means water dragon Pokémon take neutral damage against ice

That's what I also thought when I played Pokémon for the first time. I remember when I fought lance in Fire red and used ice beam on his gyarados. The results weren't what I expected.
