Catches were spread across the system from Tweedhill to Ashiestiel in the upper Tweed. If we include non reporting beats over 200 fish approx were caught and my sources inform me, one party had over 25 salmon and sea trout during their 3 day trip - read more rivertweed.org...
We caught up with Garry Cross, head boatman on Boleside beat for his weekly report.
