To answer some of your questions and concerns: - This game does get better as it goes on. As you said, they're planning to re-do a lot of the early-game areas as the developers and modelers have gotten better as they've worked on the project. - That fire dragon Loomian you saw outside Route 5 is a Legendary known as Arceros, and you can find it later in the game after the 4th gym. Skilava does not evolve into it. Although, Skilava's final evolution has a Mega. - Rakrawla's evolution, Sedimars, is considered one of the worst designs in the game, and I'm genuinely surprised the developers haven't gotten around to redesigning it. I was really hoping you wouldn't catch it because I feel like it'd give you a bad impression of the game 💀 - In the settings menu, there's a button called Get Unstuck, which teleports you to the beginning of the route or area. Very useful as a time saver in Igneous Hollow, where you'd otherwise have to run all the way back to the entrance. - You got a corrupt Twilat encounter in the Pagoda?! That's exceedingly rare! Free shard! - I know you have a big issue with the Route 4 - Route 5 Igneous Hollow stretch, but I promise there are no other stretches of that length in the game besides that one. I also agree that it sucks and it also gives a bad impression of the game to early players. I really hope they add a healing station either somewhere on route 5 or Kanoko Village to make things easier. Hope to see you continue your playthrough!
For future reference, you do not have to walk ALL the way back in a cave or situation like that. If you go to settings and press "get unstuck" it will teleport you to the entrance of any building or cave!
Apparently: - There's STAB but 25% - You can rebattle infinitely earliest Route 5(Before Heiwa) girl trainer for level, TPs and money 📈🏋️🤑. (Faster to access from heiwa village) - Most loomians shine more latergame. Quite agree this game needs there and there polishment in its design so its not frusttrating(atleast for noob), Heal station, helpful tips, etc.
also, loomian legacy is only like halfway finished, But for now when you finish the current story youre able to get basically mega stones, which is really convenient since the evolved version of slugling and skilava have one, which makes them so much stronger
you can reset your character (escape, R) or go to settings and click "Get Unstuck" to go back to the start of a route, saves a bunch of time when going back somewhere
by the way your geklow has only one evolution and its with a thunderfruit, basically loomian's version of a thunderstone. you'll unlock it by mastery but itll take a while so remember to do them!

Lol funny that he didn’t use the settings option to use as short cut to exit out of the cave faster i do it a lot to save myself time also i the ice starter isn’t exactly the best option to use so it expected to be difficult i more perfer vambat or weevolt instead of snocub but mostly weevolt the best option has good type after getting It final evolution 👍

STAB is 25% in this game but snocub and all starter’s lines have an ability which make their STAB 50%

Did you know you coul use fast travel basically as a short cut to access other areas without walking all the way there?

I dont recommend Geklow for the adventure because only evolves with thunderfruit and its very hard to get
