Note: I did stated income with Truist Bank in NC for a brand new LLC. I opened it in June of 2023 and two weeks later I got a 20K business credit card and the business isn’t even open yet. Just take action and make things happen.

Well agreed, I'm quite lucky exposed to finance at early age, started job at 19, purchased first home at 28, got married shortly afterwards to raise kids early. Going forward, got laid-off at 40 amid covid '19 outbreak, immediately consulted with an advisor in order to stay afloat and after subsequent investments, I'm barely 25% short of $1m ballpark goal as of today.

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
I also keep seeing lot's of people testifying about how they make money investing in Stock, Forex and Crypto Trade(Bitcoin) and I wonder why I keep loosing. Can anyone help me out or at least advice me on what to do.
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

I just started my LLC march 2024 and just received my Dun and bradstreet number this week. The best way to attain financial security and being debt free is making better investment decisions. I always tell myself you don't need that new Car or that vacation just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 70k in stocks and Defi and made about 380k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million. Delayed gratification always pays off.

Excellent video. It clarified why Amex offered me a pre approved business platinum card with 120k points bonus. I used my sole prop Amex Plum card to pay for the fees to open an LLC, and boom Amex sent me an email stating that I am pre approved to apply using the LLC I had just opened 5 days ago. I haven't applied yet because I was a little nervous as far as what I was going to put for income since I just started the LLC. It should have occurred to me that Amex already knows that I haven't made a dime yet in that LLC because it was just opened. LOL

I remember doing “stated income” back in the early 2000’s to buy properties and then 2008 hit and that was the end of the “stated income” era but I see it’s creeping back!

The lesson we all have to learn is: you can get the business credit/business loan bag quickest once you have fixed up all issues on your personal credit file **first!** There's no shortcuts to it. Start today, and 30 days to 60 days later when your personal credit file is all nice, apply for as many business credit cards as you like.

Did you have any business lender accounts reporting before? Did you wait to get your PAYDEX score with vendor accounts or did you have the business set up properly with great personal credit only?
To be honest I first received my offer through my NAV Business Account. For American Express The Blue Cash Rewards card. I said okay I will just take the pre approved offer and hard inquiry on my report and keep it moving. Got the card in minutes. After submitting well approved for like 2k. Noting was reported as of yet I just started NAV like one month before the offer I believe. I got approved for a Wells Fargo Business credit card also for 10K before American Express.
@mickeytorres6630: they been sending me pre approvals since 2022 for there chase Ink Business card. I still haven’t taken they offer. I can get that anytime. Maybe I will get it for the fun of it 2024. Got more important personal things to get in place before them

We've read so many books on this subject, watched a crazy amount of videos and from many so called financial experts; well-known names, but I will say that I LOVED your video here; so far the 1st we have watched on your channel and you were straight up, direct and to the point and no ridiculous nonsense like so many others out there.

* Would love to know your thoughts/experiences on New LLCs Opening up a Business Bank Account; ie. Checking/Savings in the USA. Like you say in this video, you 'just' started your business so you don't have much if any money after filing for your LLC, EIN,and any other normal start up costs, etc. and you don't want to be spending money you don't even have yet by opening up bank accounts that charge you a Monthly Fee for Keeping your account at a 'Minimum' balance. It sounds minimal but if you are being charged an average of $15 per month and you don't make money for awhile; enough to justify opening that business bank account, what banks are good for this 'beginner' business phase?
So much happening here in the USA with banks becoming insolvent, going out of business, not to mention World economy.
Big names like Chase and Bank of America have lots of perks and are solid banks, but they both have those Minimum Balance requirements and $15 monthly fees, and then there are the 'Online' Banks like Axos, Bluevine, etc. with NO minimum balance, No monthly fees, some give you interest paid on your accounts,but 'Where is it EXACTLY THAT YOU ACTUALLY DO YOUR BANKING?" IN A 7-11?, CVS, etc. and who actually Owns these online banks? are they Solvent? are they actually 'Banks'?...
*What would you do if say you were a website offering expert content, had some affiliate marketing links set up, and just became on LLC with only 2 people on it as Members?

Please allow me a copy of the list of banks and financial institutions that will provide funding for a fairly new LLC. I have not yet made much income which is hindering my growth without working Capital. No Doc situation up front could work wonders for my present and future although I have the EIN# and my LLC intact my personal savings I've exhausted having invested in my own business and now we're both in desperate need of financial support to lift off. Having the vision is just partly great but it becomes only a dream without the right mix to bring it to pass. Thank you for all you do.
Most banks in America have stated income business credit cards with no proof of income. Your personal credit needs to be in position

@@stephaniejose5565 investing requires higher knowledge. I invest across the top markets but not by myself tho. i follow the guidelines of Alexandra Diana Jose. you might have heard of her.. I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. .

I wish people would post accurate information. Most of these cards you started report to business credit and your personal credit report. Which then hurts your personal credit because of the added debit. Also, BOFA you would need to have established business credit already in order to qualify for a credit card. Most new business don't have business credit.

I have Amex business cards and the only time they will report to personal credit, is if you go into a negative situation with them. None of the business cards I have report to personal from Amex because I keep them in good standing. Now Capital One will report to personal regardless, but he didn’t mention them.
That's not true. I got a business credit card the same day I opened my business account at BOA no established credit.

So basically you’re saying if your personal credit is trash you can’t get business funding ? Although the LLC is supposed to separate the person from their business. I’m a criminal lawyer but for some reason many have asked me to be an agent on their LLC application and I know some of them personally have bad credit but thriving businesses.
Business account don’t show on personal credit profile so you are keeping it separate. Also, you can thrive in business with bad credit because of the revenue you make
Any business can choose any reliable person to be a registered agent for their LLC! It can be your aunt, a close friend, ect! Just looks more professional when it's someone with a profession.That's why they ask you to be their agent.

My husband and I have been in prayer so that we get our credit scores up and our credit record in great shape so that we can purchase our forever home. I did PNC and WF and they both asked for statements with a 815 credit score.
With a 3 yr biz. I did the projected income etc z it didn’t work

Are you risking your personal credit with these loans or just risking business credit profile or both? In other words they don’t report to personal credit? Pls also do a vid on what credit scores are needed?
They only report directly to your business credit initially, HOWEVER, if you fail to pay or you default (or do anything negative), since you are a guarantor, it will go on your personal credit report. For example, if you get an American Express Business Blue Plus card, it will go on your business' credit report. You continue to make payments, it stays there. However, if you start to miss payments or anything negative, it will then go to your personal credit report.

It really depends but the goal is to LEVERAGE your personal credit to help u recieve a greater approval so id say at least 700 is a good start, but for ex: if ur black/latino u can get approved w a 650, theres certain places where a 670-680 might slide but realstically above 700 is where we want to be
I would recommend a 700 credit score, however, banks focus more on your credit profile. The data is more important than the credit score
