The hotel is too good, rooms with view are perfect and food is too good. Sunset from room is amazing. Check for rain predictions as in rain Munnar roads can be risky.
2015 august to feb 2016 i work as a F&B service My name is Joseph From manipur... miss sona beneath and sir sabastian are good. ... Our manager Jinesh or not sure i dnt remember his name correctly he is some how over strick very difficult to work with all in all the best place to work your staff room is clean with Hot water for shower house keeping to sweep your staff room and the staff got a good meal breakfast malaylam rice is good everything is fine

room number i cant remember, i told them mountain view room to book on top floor just below the swimming pool floor
