Diablo 3 [Season 28] Marauder Cluster Arrow Demon Hunter Solo GR150 in

The demon hunter leaderboard is a complete mess right now due to an unpatched glitch with natalya's two piece set bonus, so it's hard to know where this would actually rank. This, of course, is a glitchless run. At the time of the clear this was rank 12 on the marauder leaderboard and I counted four obvious glitched clears, so it's PROBABLY rank 8 in NA. Not the best, but this build heavily depends on RNG with the potion (you really need an empowered shrine to play properly, and frenzy shrine is also a significant damage buff) and after 200 more keys I couldn't do better. I really dislike playing this build, so I'm going to leave it here, the extra keys are not worth the frustration even though I could probably sub-10 with the right rift. This was a below-average rift with above-average luck on the boss fight.

Q: What's up with the demon hunter leaderboards?
A: There is a glitch in the interaction of two piece natalya's with other skills which allows it to one-shot any monster in the game at any level. The DH leaderboard is full of these clears, and since natalya's can be mixed with any DH set (other than maybe shadow), the set leaderboards are broken too.
Q: Which is stronger for marauder, multishot or cluster arrow?
A: As of now, it seems that cluster arrow is a little stronger. This has been the case in non-season too, but the season theme does favor multishot a bit more which closes the gap. Whichever gear you have is probably fine.
Q: Which is stronger, marauder or natalya's?
A: Before the glitched clears started popping up, it did seem that Natalya's was a bit stronger on the top end, though that may have been with accidental glitching. Hopefully blizzard hotfixes the set in the middle of the season so I can test Natalya's properly, I was looking forward to playing it but won't as long as that glitch is around.
Q: At what paragon can this build clear solo GR150?
A: It's possible starting at about 2000 with perfect potion RNG, or paragon 3000 if you don't want to fish too much. I played about 200 keys in this push and closed 4 of them, so just to get a clear is not that hard where I am. This was not a particularly good rift, I had one where I spawned the boss in less than 8 minutes and if I had the same boss fight RNG I had here it would have been below 10 minutes.
Q: How much paragon in vitality?
A: I ran 500 points, which put me around 720k life. Since marauder has to take both sentry and skill rolls on armor, you don't get a lot of vitality on your gear so you need to add more than usual. Once you get all the shrines the build is not as frail as usual but if you want to cover waiting a bit for empowered shrine (like I had to do in this run), then you'll need to run a fair amount of vitality
Q: What is going on with your key bindings?"
A: I numlocked wolf companion. I also have a macro to spam 1, which I use for various skills like vengeance. Both of these have been explicitly stated as okay by Blizzard, so I don't feel bad about doing them.
Q: Where should I place my sentries?
A: Generally on cluster arrow, the sentries work a bit better if they're placed on the inside of the pull, firing outwards. I was a bit sloppy about placement, though with no HUD they are pretty hard to see.
Q: What would you have done differently if you played this rift again?
A: Not much, other than get better RNG to get empowered shrine earlier. One thing that is worth noting is that I was running the steady aim passive (bonus damage if nothing is within 10 yards) but wasn't paying too much attention to keeping it active, so I may have gotten more value out of grenadier.
