When I first got my cockatoo really wanted him to learn this so everyday I would whistle it when I got home and then one day when I whistled to him HE WHISTLED BACK it made my day but now we’re learning happy birthday and so basically practice makes perfect and you have to do this everyday like an annoying song and then they’ll pick up on it

It depends on the bird... sometimes they do it quick ... sometimes you have to make them listen a long time... good luck!
