      Area of triangle is 0.5 , to scalling up a better view we have to use 2ice of given value to get the share in 1 not in 0.5 ,
      It's simply transformation

      because the limits of gini coefficient iare 0 and 1. i.e. the min and max value that gini coefficient can take is 0 and 1.
