Excellent video! My saw didn't run well. For $25, bought a new carb and installed it after watching this video. The saw runs like new.

Preciate ya posting this but so much talking about a barely dirty saw killed it for me
Before buying a new carburetor, check the spark arrestor screen and the metering diaphragm side of the carburetor to see if the welch plug sealant had come off. Clean the screen using a torch and clear out any welch plug sealant in the carburetor.
@LaneVines Yes it would bog down and even stall at full throttle. It runs like new now with the new carb, but I had to turn down the idle a bit.
Dirty??? Saw looks like it hasn't got 15 minutes on it

Did it bog down at full throttle? That's what mine is doing, almost like the choke is on part way. Good video by the way.

What's the part number for carb?
skipping stuff not so good, why skip removing the filter box and removing the carb?
And then shows the air compressor running for a majority of the time, must be proud of that cheap compressor.
