I think the editing is overall really great. It can just get a little much at times when they're *barely* reacting to the heat, and it plays some big *WHOOM* sound effect as though their mind is entirely boggled and unable to function. Like, relax with the sound effects... save them for when the heat actually kicks in.

I think the editing is overall really great. It can just get a little much at times when they're *barely* reacting to the heat, and it plays some big *WHOOM* sound effect as though their mind is entirely boggled and unable to function. Like, relax with the sound effects... save them for when the heat actually kicks in.

2022, just discovered this show. Kudos for Sean, probably one of the best interviwer I ever listened to. Nice honest open minded and natural show...love it! And since this is like 50th episode I watched, I must say I find it amusing to see Sean suffer for a change :-D. All the best from Sweden!

Editing is a strange thing. You mainly notice it when it is done wrong or badly. On the opposite good editing is done with the purpose of not noticing it :)
I don't like the editing at all gotta be honest. Hate how reality tv the production is, that's one of the nice things you escape with youtube, generally
This whole shows underrated for sure! Sean is one of the best host in the biz with how well he engages with his guests and how well he researches each one and never stumbles with his words. And they get such a diverse group of people on the show it keeps it fresh and intriguing. Definitely one of the best shows on TH-cam!
Daniel Nielsen I've made similar comments on Hot Ones in the past. They're crew in general is underrated. Maybe because Sean is such a star.
