Saraiki/multani is ancient language of united Hindustan, it's widely spoken in all fours states of Pakistan, I , myself speak saraiki language at home

Sometimes it makes me wonder wether we’re doing it all wrong, working all the time on a hamster wheel - part of US corporate culture … for the benefit of the company but comes with a lot of stress and problems, taking a toll on ones physical health, over time.
These people have it tough in some ways, but it’s also a beautiful life where they live and spend all their time amongst family and loved ones, focusing on providing the basics for their entire family and clan … outside of that, their problems are limited. It would also appear that, even without modern healthcare .. their lifestyle leaves them in decent physical shape … I feel that modern society causes stress to increase at levels which take a lot out of a person when working high pressure corporate roles … not sure if the money is worth it, if I end up burnt out and having a massive MI by the time I’m 45? God knows and God bless these people man … the world is so unique and beautiful

For those who dont know, Cholistan is a desert in Southern Punjab - Pakistan. It is commonly referred to as "Rohi" in the local Punjabi/Seraiki language. The majestic beauty of Rohi and its sand dunes is a popular subject in romantic mystic poetry of Khawaja Ghulam Farid, a famous poet of the region.

Naan bread over charcoal doesn't look tasty but its all about survival way to live.
When running low on stores I make this at home, just flour, water, a little oil on the pan - then spread either thin Marmite or hummus on the top, it works very well :-) . Hummus is mashed chick peas with tahini (sesame seed paste) and a little lemon and garlic.
