I’m now questioning whether the Edmonton Elks will ever win in Edmonton again. Losing 18 straight home games since the 2019 season is absolutely insane. I’m a BC Lions fan but I want to see the Edmonton Elks win at least 1 home game this season. The Elks have never won a home game, since the last time Edmonton won a game in Edmonton they were called the Eskimos.
I thought I heard the "official" crowd was 33,000. Did that sound plausible? Last year there were multiple games where the team announced highly dubious figures.

TSN - The production values of your broadcasts from Commonwealth Stadium are a cut above all others... The use of the overhead camera - the shots into the stands (that never look empty thanks to that unique paint scheme on the seats...). Very cool to watch.

No 60fps? It seems games out East are better with smoother framerate whereas games out west dont have that. Just my take. Maybe we're dealing with different TSN channels that encode their broadcasts differently.
Edmonton had a chance...Their offensive line gave up near the end, And the offensive line gave up right away on the last push of kai Locksley...I think if they put Cornelius in there instead Since he is a bigger body. They may have got the touchdown to win the game on that push.

at the 8min. 10sec mark it looks to me like Saskatchewan was off side how Edmonton didn't challenge is beyond me. I am an Argos fan so it doesn't matter to me just what it looks like to me. other than that great job holding the line. go Argos go and looking for good things from Chad Kelly in the double blue.

Chris Jones should be ashamed. Puts together a team that looks pretty limp, but also blew his challenge WAY too early on a pretty stupid play. If he saved it, might have been able to turn that goal line stand into a TD.
There's a reason we got rid of him here in Saskatchewan. He was only good when he surrounded himself with the right people and players because on his own he's a mess.

I would have called it for BC for my father (his team) and because BC beat them in last year playoffs (went for CGY then and got disappointed) but it's likely not to be. Solution: I'll just take 3-1 instead. I can live with that as I'm still top, not tied or lose. Also I'd say it is my Game of the Week as well. It's hard to care too much in Week 1 as it's a pre season like feel. Week 2 is maybe in being pre but I'll do my best (seems easy to pick then as well). Week 3 seems to be when regular season starts imho and week 4 is worth celebrating Canada Day so I promote it as best as I can. No disrespect mates but I don't like Week 21. Wish instead it be 3 pre, 20 reg, and 3ish playoffs. The frist pre season week would/could be done in neutral Canada and maybe North/West USA locations. They do have a reason why it is now 21 weeks instead of 20 but I don't agree mate ok? Lastly, although Australian, I have been a Canadian Football Fan for over 20 years :) Discovered it in 2001, saw the Grey Cup then, rest is history so there you go :)
