Have you experience creative burnout? What did you do to overcome it?

I've mostly been practicing on keeping myself at a positive mindset since my mental health is very bad, only for my negativity.
My mental health is still kinda bad but I've been keeping this mindset while I learn and teach photoshop by myself and it's been going very very slow, but it's progress.
Hopefully once I get a bit into Photoshop, I could try to sketch to a level as you.
