    Dahil sa IF+keto, naging 99% yong migraine ko na nagpahirap sakin ng 13 years. Nagsimula ako sa OMAD for 1 year, unti unting nag-improved ang aking aura migraines. Ngayong maayos na ang aking migraine, nag TMAD na ako. Sa TMAD, bumalik yong timbang at normal na hugis ng katawan ko. Overall masaya ako na nag IF at keto, binago ang aking buhay lalo yong nakakabaldadong migraines

    The best is eat everything in moderation.
    Kung di nyo mapanindigan ang omad, fasting , at kung ano pa man yan ay wag na lang dahil mas lalo magsuffer ang katawan tulad ng Nutrient deficiency.
    Calorie deficit ay sobrang epektibo sabayan mo ng ehersisyo kahit na small exercise basta consistent

      Agree po. Calorie deficit lang po gnagawa ko tas unting core exercises. Namamaintain ko naman ung weight from btw 49kg to 52kg. Basta wag lang tumaas dun

      Calorie deficit wont work for me. Iba2x kasi talaga tayo kaya listen to your body. May iba nag work sa vegetarian.

      Balance diet din, Kasi depends Kasi sa stamina, like me I work hard a lot I do exercise weights then bawas carbs. Even if may intake burn easy Naman. Wala ako bisyo, at discipline is key din.

    Diabetic ako, and masasabe ko effective to. Yung skin nga TMAD pa + low carb din with exercise, very effective. Weight from 96kg to 65kg in 1 year, A1C of 9.6 down to 5.4 in 3 months.

      ​@@mfw9518Two meals a day ang tmad. Yung 16:8 is time restricted feeding(pwede 18:6 at 20:4 depende sa sasabihin sayo ng katawan mo). At pwede mong pagsamahin ang 2 concepts na yan, mag 16:8 ka tapos tmad, ibig sabihin 16 hours fasting tapos yung two meals mo 8 hours ang gap or less. Take note pang type 2 diabetic lang to. D pede sa type 1 diabetic, kung pede man iba ang approach.

    Im 53, no maintenance medicine, hirap ako magpataba, pero ang papayat madali. Since high school average kilo ko 52-55 kilo lagi. Then before pand3mic nag 47 kilos dahil sa work. It took 1 year bago ako nag gain ng 2 kilos 😀, so nag 49 kilos na, ang saya ko. Then 1 month nag work sa home for d aged, bumawas ulit ng 1 kilo 🥹. As of d moment, I’m weighing 49 at 53 years old. My vital statistics is 37-27-38. I do core training 4x day, biking & 40 minutes moderate aerobic. thanks God. I eat what I want but lesser intake of carbs, processed & sugary foods. I’m more into green salad, veggies, fish & fruits.

    Yun iba kasi ay nagmamadali, dapat ihanda ang katawan bago mag fasting. Magsimula sa intermittent fasting ng 14-10 then gradually ay increase fasting period at decrease ang eating window. Pagkatapos mag fasting ay iwasan kumain ng sugar / ng matatamis o kaya ay I-limit ang pagkain at inom ng matatamis kasama dyan ang kanin, pasta, noodles at marami pang iba. Maganda ang fasting sa mayroon diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease atbp. Mag research po tayo bago magsimulasa fasting. Tandaan po mating na ang pagkain at pag-inum ng matatamis ang sanang pamamaga sa loob ng ating katawan syang sanhing lahat g sakit na ating nararanasan ngayon. Kaya iwas po sa matatamis.

    Gawin mo lang po yung alam mong tama para sa sarili mo kuya. Basta importante naging effective sayo yang ganyang diet. Dont bother to listen and to validate anyones opinion. Wala silang pake sayo,basta importante mas nakakabuti yan sa sarili ko so goods na yan.

    I do omad but i eat rice, veggies and fruits or berries smoothie.. pass sa meat at 7 yrs na ko omad diet lang pero workout din nakasabay im 39 yrs old pero d mo ko mapagkakamalan may edad edad na.. plantbased diet is the best..

      Ako 2 cups a day ang rice ko hindi ko na sinasamahan pa ng Iba pang starchy food ang high sugar and processed food limit ko lang sa carbs 150g.a day no sweets, softdrink, bread, cakes, milktea, pasta, noodles. Source ng carbs rice and sweet potato ang green leafy vegetables basta 150g.lumalagpas ng konti di sya aabot ng 200g.

    LCIF, recommended ng mga doctors, ang nakakataka sa mga Pinoy, kapag sobrang mataba or obese, sasabihan na "no to body shaming, and have a body positivity etc".. pero kapag nag ta take ownership sa sariling katawan, gumagawa ng paraan para mas maging healthy, un ang bina bash ng mga tao.
    mas sangayon ako sa ginagawa nung nag O OMAD, just as long as tama ung process or ginagawa, listen to podcast or watch videos ni Glucose goddess, Dr. Hymaan, Dra Josephine Rojo.. mas healthier talaga

    Sobrang effective nyang omad 70kls ako noun sakitin ako sa loub Ng 6mos wlang excersice grabe 15kls na nabawasa sa akin more on meat eggs at vegetable ako.Di NYU malalaman Kong di NYU susubukan napakagaan sa pakiramdam at Dina ako naging sakitin.partida wala pakong exercise nun.

    I am doing CARNIVORE DIET, i only eat meat, seafoods and eggs, very effective sya sa akin dahil gumaling ang aking skin and gut problems at bumababa din ang timbang ko , kahit pa i eat a lot and 3x a day.

    ginawa ko running at biking at strength training. Since marami akong binuburn na calories. Wala naman akong pinipiling pagkain. So far 50 na ako pero yung katawan ko pang 20s lang. Gawin mo lang yung hiyang sayo pero wag lang makakaapekto sa kalusugan at mental health mo.

    OMAD din ako. Since Feb 12, 2024 to present. Mas magaan, mas malakas katawan ko. Nakakapag strength training Pako now and 45 push ups at 110Kgs 5'11.
    Dapat diyan Kay Michael may carbs may ibang source ng foods.

    Vegan low carb low calorie OMAD TMAD. Eto ata dapat magagandang diet plan. Ikaw na bahala mix and match sa kanila basta. Importante may variety. Dont stick to one permanently. Better do it alternately. Make schedule on certain day or week kung alin susundin mo.

    I lost 40kgs with IF 16:8 and 20:4 + Low carb/keto. I started OMAD 3 days ago as I want to lose 20kgs more. It's a game changer for me. I recently turned 40, I want to get older stronger.💪 For exercise, I do yoga and dance first thing in the morning. I just recently added dumbbells. Hopefully, OMAD will be a success for me too. 💪🙏🏻❤

    Depende sa kondisyon ng katawan kaya hindi mo pwede ihalintulad ang diet mo sa iba. Sinubukan ko kasi OMAD. Di kaya ng katawan ko. Delusional ako. Pinagalitan ako ng doctor 😅. 3 meals dapat diet ko na paunti-unti ang pagkain.

    I haven’t done OMAD yet but I’m doing intermittent fasting for 16- 18 hrs and started cutting back on carbs and sugars aka processed foods. It’s been a game changer for me! I really like the way it simplified my life and improved my health. Plus helps me loose weight 😊

    its true OMAD plus 10k steps a day plus NO SUGAR was effective for me, from 78kg to 60kg was my weight two yrs ago. but I need to stop coz I had surgery. Then I gained until 70kg. My diet now, breakfast : two eggs and apple, lunch : full meal, dinner : fruits. Slowly and I dont think I will be back to OMAD again

    walang problema sa pag didiet kung tama ang proseso at tama ang nuteisyon at prutina na nakukuha ng katawan sa isang kainan. yung kanya kasi oo pumayat sya pero kulang na kulang sya sa nutrisyon at prutina na nakukuha. kung makikita nyo katawan nya hnd fit. hnd akma
    oo pumayat sya at nag didiet pero hnd nya alam yung bilang ng prutina na nakakain nya. basta diet lang na masabi eh.

    Ako Omad gawa ko 22 hrs fasting ako everyday. Ayun nabawasan na ung manboobs ko at yung bloated na tiyan. Sa gabi lang ako kumakain pag uwi ko after work.

    2021 nag start ako nang lowcarb fan talaga ako nang omad dati from 75 kilo to 55 til now maintain padin pero tmad nko sinasabi nang iba na dati kong kakilala na pumayat daw ako kisyo nagkasakit daw ako pero ung mga taong bagong meet ko curious sila kong ano ung sekrito ko kasi fit na fit eh at ito pa di ako nkatamdam nang ganito ka healthy nong mid 20ths ko ngaun late 30ths nako sobrang gaan at walang sakit yan ang naitulong sakin nang lowcarb diet at if.

    Chambahan to, 2 months na itlog at pork. May friend ako nag try ng pork at egg 1 month. Sumakit ang batok after 1 month. Nagpa test ng dugo, 330 ang cholesterol, 12o SGPT. Nag gamot ng 1 month para bumaba. Balanced diet sya ngayon. Mas healthy sya ayon sa lab tests nya.
    Mas ok din kung magpapa test ng dugo itong si kuya omad para makita kung ok pa ba ang blood chem nya. Baka isang araw magbara na lang ang puso nya

    Ako na try konayan lcif nakakaubos ako ng itlog 10 to 15 eggs a day gulay at karne pero pag hating gabi nagiging ako nag cracramps ung binti ko kaya tinigilan kona.. maganda at effective yan kung madami ka pera at budget babalik lang ako kung may budget na ako sa itlog karne gulay etc.

    Okey ung OMAD wla ako probs doon.. Ang naging probs gosto nya e insist ung diet nya sa mga ngweight training na gosto mg build nang mass at muscle. Sinasabi nya fucking whey protein! Gosto nya patamaan ang e content mga taong nggamit ng supplement nito na which kailangan din nmn sa mga ngbobodybuilding. Kulang xa sa kaalaman at gosto nya igaya ung diet nya sa mga ngge gym. Imbis e promote nlng nya sana ung diet nya kong ano benipisyo makukuha dito, kong para dapat knino lng yan, pero pingkakaabalahan pa nya ung ibang bagay na hindi nmn related sa diet nya. Dapat mgresearch pa xa pra malaman nya mga pinagsasabi nya, at hayaan nlng ung diet ng iba kgaya ngpalalaki ng mass at muscle kasi iba iba ang diet nang tao depende doon sa goal ng katawan nya, either mgpa lean, mgpa weightloss, mgpa anorexia, o mgpaupsize.     I lost around 40kg, from 95kg to 55kg, my celiac magically gone now, my period became regular, blood pressure normal, sugar normal, cholesterol normal. I started with 16:8 for a month. Then shift to Omad. I eat blance diet with carbs too, i have no restriction on what to eat, but i only once a day. But before you do it, please have your health check before jumping into this. But if youll ask me if Fasting really works? For a person who was obese, hypersensitive, with high sugar high cholesterol with auto immune deficiency...it did and my body problem got reverse. But please move..do basic excercise. Pag sumasakit ang ulo mo, doing omad, or fasting, what youre doing is probably wrong. Again, balance diet, and doctorl approval

      I agree with you. Base on my experience i do not feel hungry during my fast coz I eat healthy foods. No sugar and low carbs. I do the 16:8 intermittent fasting. Sometimes towards the end of my fast I will feel some hunger but I just drink water and make myself busy that way I can push my fast longer to 18 hrs.

    ako ginawa k omad pero nun umpisa kain tapos tigil 16 na d kakain ganun mga 2months tapos ginawa k kain 18 kain tapos ngyn 23 kain 23 so omad. malaki nagawa nito un un timbang from 110kg to 78kg pero 2 years yan. un hba1c from 9.2 to 5.9 ito papababain k pa. Pero kain may gulay protein at starch d pa kaya mawala ang starch.
