Hi my friend. It's great to have you in the channel. This sensor's resistance changes according to the temperature, when temperature increases, we will have lower resistance. So you need to check the table of the specification at 03:49 to see what range of resistance you should expect.

Very convenient location for the evap sensor - just reach under the dash, disconnect the harness, twist and pull out. But for Subarus you have to take out the dashboard and disassemble the evap system including the blower just to get to the sensor.

I don’t think they ever put themselves in mechanics shoes when they design a car!
