Thank you. The best roller for rivets is the rollepro roller, which you can get at Fellers or sometimes on Amazon
We do that as 1500 drops and you should be able to do 3 to 4 of those trucks day 1 person but then again been doing this for 20 years
When the lift platform is down, the gate is up for loading, and when the gate is down, the platform is up to block it. Why wrap the gate in these trucks? I've seen quite a lot of them. It's mind-boggling.
We mentioned that to the customer, they wanted it wrapped haha. Customer gets what they want!

Did I get this right: you first mounted the side pieces together on a flat table and then put it on the box?
Yes, we pre seam them together and lay it all in one piece.
What tool do you use when going over the revits?
How much did this job cost to the customer.
How long did the complete truck take to wrap?
These generally take about 10-12 hours or so.
Can you tell me, how do I UNWRAP a box? We have a box that we need to get an old set of vinyl letters off... SOS
This can be a very challenging task, it will generally require a 3M rubber erase wheel, adhesive remover, plastic Razor blades, a heat gun and lots of patience 😀
@@StickerStatus NEVER heard of that rubber erase wheel, man that looks MONEY! Thank you for the quick reply. I pealed a lot of the vinyl, but the adhesive separated and is still there. Rubber wheel is the play!
