I didn’t know much about Warsofsky before, but seeing this gets me really excited for the future of the Sharks’ coaching staff. I love the emotion and enthusiasm that he brings in addition to his resume!
Amazing press conference. Not only can i hear the question they show the reporter who is asking the question. Plus the commentators build up to it, i found it surprisingly fun. Other teams can learn from this
Didn’t know much about him prior to the hiring but man am I excited now. Sounds like the absolutely best pick for our program and all these developing prospects.
absolutely admire the character of Warsofsky, you can tell he's an empath/caring and that some other coaches can be jerks, he's going to be a players coach/mentor to these younger guys... and now we know, Captain Clutch, "i'm not leavin'... i'm not leavin... i'm not f--kin leavin'"!!!! - Leo, Wolf of Wall Street movie
I love the new life for the team with the incoming youth. Vitally important is the cap space money. Can the Sharks draw some serious free agents? The Sharks have always needed difference makers in the trenches and in my opinion have not had the full compliment yet. This allows the role players to get free and do what they do; and not have to carry the weight of the heavy lifting. Marner, Draisaitl, Top 4 defensive-men. These guys settle the game down in the 3rd period, which as we've seen is when the Sharks have be severely out gunned. I guess I'm saying I need to see some serious chess moves with the free agents to get excited just yet! Go Sharks
Here we go again. Another unknown, unproven. A Shark pattern. The only coach they ever had, with some history, worth while, Darrel Sutter. I wonder why, the Sharks never pick a coach with a real , winning history?
@@ITS_ABOUT_HOCKEY Deboer was a failure in Florida. Reached finals in Jersey only to be fire later. Ron Wilson, did nothing as coach of Vancouver, Anaheim, not much in Washington either. I liked him in SJ. McLellan was fun in SJ. As I recall, he came from the Wings as an assistant. My point was, Why not go out and get a coach with a history of winning?
@@foxcreek8110 Do you see who's coaching in the Stanley Cup Finals right now? Do you know how many coaches have won the Cup with multiple teams? ... 3. It's not a given that if you hire a coach with a winning record that your going to win. In todays game with younger players, the style of coaching has to change.
Wow, great speech by Ryan. Seems like a humble, genuine guy. Really rooting for him, feeling good about this hire

mannn good vibes around this franchise for the first time in a long time. i can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. 🙏🏻

Good job Mike Grier for bringing in Coach Warsofsky to lead these young kids. Go Sharks!

I will always root a young guy with a solid past but no nhl head coaching experience over a re tread
Just an interim coach for the next couple years of rebuilding

LOL . I’m sure Pete Deboer, Ron Wilson, Todd Mclellan would like a word.
He hasn't won in the NHL. But he's won at every other level. He'll do fine

You must be fun at parties
Don't need a crying, weeping coach, How about someone who wins? Sharks will have another lost season. Bunch of losers.
