Ma Sha Allah, Brother Your demonstration about the two Lead lights. Good idea for us who are new to solar setup.

You are of course absolutely right, I have to explain to people that a solar power system and regular lighting is the way to go but they believe the specifications on these devices.

Great and clear review! There are so many fake specifications online for solar lights out there. Please be very wary!

I just purchased 4-500-watt solar lights. I immediately took them out of the boxes & put them outside to charge. Later in the evening I took one of them into the dark kitchen last night to see how much illumination they would provide. About the same as a 220v-2watt light bulb. Like you, not impressed. But, anyways, we did survive the January 2, 2024 blackout in Iloilo. Just sayin

Great video my friend. I appreciate it. Even though your words may be kind of hard to understand I still made a way to figure out what you was saying. I'm looking to buying myself a backyard solar floodlight. I have a few in my Amazon cart, but I'm waiting to see a good review plus good deal on one. I don't want to send alot of money. I'm on a budget big time. Anyone has a good recommendation for one that's decent.

It is so frustrating trying to find solar flood lights that are actually true to their real light wattage! It's just lies upon lies with these lights. Wattage has no meaning anymore with solar lights. Buying them is 100% trial and error. Thanks for the video and pointing this out!

Although it is correct that the 600W solar-powered light isn't as powerful as the 13W led light bulb on a 220v power supply, but the "Watts" isn't an indicator of how bright it is but it is actually just the amount of energy it consumes so comparing a 600W solar powered light to a 13W led light bulb on a 220v connection is actually wrong. Do take note that different light bulbs "type" gives off different brightness(in lumens) if compared with the same 'Watts' it consumes. LED light bulbs simply consume less electricity for the light and brightness it produces.
For example, the 13W led light bulb in the video will be brighter than a 600W solar led light, a 20W CFL light bulb, a 70W Halogen light bulb, or a 100W incandescent bulb. That's why you'll always hear in the building and construction industry that the LED bulb is the most efficient and cost-saving type of light bulb.

Just a piece of advice, I've been using many stand alone solar lights. The only brand i trust and it is tested and proven by me is the bosca brand. It may not be really 100% accurate but it is the closest to the actual power given by a 220v power.

hindi rin. yung 500w ko na bosca para tumagal magdamag dapat nasa lowest brightness (equivalent to 5watt bulb). pag full brightness 1-2hrs lng.

divided by 13 ang true power ng solar light.
BOSCA brand at yung original JD.

Sorry to disappoint but chinese sellers didn't care about customer satisfaction, they only care about sales and most filipinos doesn't care about product misinformation, as long as it is cheap and working it is worth it for them

BTW, that is not 200 wattage and 600 wattage light, if so your lights would require intercooler. Lol
