I think you can put the Disruptor 6 and 12 on the Eclipse, because I have seen people using it and it’s pretty powerful. And for your Ember guns you can put it on your Surge when you eventually get it.
Yes I agree - surge with ember guns is going to be a goal soon. DR12/6 isnt a bad idea either, but I also dont have great implants for it. So its not something I think I will be getting right now. Certainly not a bad idea though given their cost structure. Ill have to think about that one fs.

Me wondering WHY missile rack 8 is the SAME price as the 16
MR8 price include its second copy, while MR16 doesn't.
Not only missile racks, but many other weapons in the game have the same system and that is because the mr8 for example you can get them much sooner in the gear hub than the 12s or 16s
Scape, i got Baron on 5th opening so in total i spent 250k Credits for legendary pilot also got Disruptor 12 for 755k Credits and now i only got 40k Credits left but i'm Pretty Happy with my purchases :)
Hey man! Are you going to buy ER12 for Panther 24 or rather EM10 for something like Eclipse or Orion 20? I'm considering the same right now, I have very similar builds in my hangar as your f2p account, and I think that I'd rather go Panther ER12 and Eclipse GB10.
Yes - I will be saving for the EM12 or RG12 after surge. The EM10 made sense to me for a time, but since the EG12 became available and I could move to tier 7 with it, It made less sense to get the EM10s. I will probably use GB10 for a bit on Eclipse too after I get surge and move my hangar around a bit.
@@scape211 yeah, I think the same. I have Surge already, but I stay with Arcs, because of pilot+implants, at the moment I'm using 10s, but I got rank5 12 from ECR for credits, so I decided not to spend for EG and keep saving for Em12.

Disruptor 16 on a maxed out Tengu is an absolute blast, and I now run a lower hanger because of it.
Disruptor has a bug: its AoE damage isn't dealing side/back damage. This was reported months ago and they acknowledged it as a bug. Once we get the fix, the weapon will be deadlier than it is now. 🤩

I usually dont open any crates beyond doing the daily ads and maybe 1 or 2 here and there (mostly because I dont need to for dailies anymore). I dont really think I will open them specifically for this event though as I dont see myself winning it. But yes - I typically like to save them for a good reason.
I just got brickhouse the other day, so I'm probably going to get the 12 and possibly the 6's to put on it.
sanji tested BH with the DR12s on the stream link i attached. He said it was ok, but hard given the low speed. I think you have limited options with low ammo and being so thicc

Hey, if I have max panther and max gatecrasher, I need a weapon. I was thinking of dl 16 and railgun 16. Who should I put dl 16 and who should I put railgun? Or any weapon recommendations?
@@Neowalker12 you could go either way with those imo. Personally I may try RG16 on gatecrasher since he doesn’t handle exposure as well as panther. So panther can stay out to throw discs longer than gatecrasher.

Depends on what mechs you have, id still say go for graviton beam as its more compatible or wait and unlock the em rifles
I think you should try on Eclipse is one of the best pokings gameplay so enjoyable and a solid mess maker like that for your opponent 😊😅

Dude a real valid suggestion is to rank up orion to 18 and put disruptor 12+6 on him, I have the same plans, I have been using disruptor8s on my orion since ages and they rock on orion. It will also get your hanger another 5 star mech. The Helixes are great on Aegis. Try out these changes, it will work great...
yes for me i got disruptor 8s 4 stars in playoff event because i had a lot of acoins and credits , i tried it on other mechs and he is weak but on orion it destroy any mech in 2 shots but now 12 & 6 / 5 stars can destroy any mech with only one shot except aegis if the shots didn't hit the mech 3 times (this mech is very annoying! )
@@mehdiboum-ud4vj you will start seeing real disruptor8s damage at 5 stars but you don't need to u can get 12 n 6s now

disruptor is great on stalker due to its low exposure and solid dps, which paired with the predator drive makes the combination quite dangerous for dps and sustaining yourself
It is better to pair DR with orion

@@Draslyn Orion ability boost more dmg than Stalker does, since dmg on marked enemies is considered as back damage and it also gives stasis effect for 1s or 2s. DR front dmg is pretty low, right? So when you pair it with Orion, you will always deal high dmg even if you miss triggering DR's path dmg.
@@mecharenazed I can understand why you believe that orion is better for DR. your logic is sound for the pairing to work well, imo the dmg from stalker's predatopr drive is sufficient, as DR's tend to be used most effectively by playing corners, and you can heal from kills. again, I agree that your logic is sound, and I feel that both mechs have their benefits and downsides for pairing with DR's.
edit: additionally, stalker can deal with grouped up enemies more consistently than orion, as while the hunters mark does bounce around on kill, it only boosts the dps to one enemy at a time. so it depends on the situation for which dps boost will be more beneficial
Great weapon, but it's hard to get enough good pilots for all the weapons. They should realse them faster or maybe a new set of Neymar-like hybrids.
Yea I agree. The pilot release process feels slow. I also agree on Neymar. I get that he should be considers exclusive or limited, but I dont see an issue with having other events for him now and then. I would love him on this f2p account.

I would say DL8s. Disruptor 6s will have limited early game use and as a placeholder at 18 energy with the 12. Thats it. 8 energy weapons have more initial staying power and can survive end game. DLs arent what they used to be, but are still good. I still use my DL8s on my f2p account. I cant imagine using Disruptor 6s unless its with a 12 for temporary.

I will probably get Disrupter 12 when i get a radius implant for it, i currently have a Epic DMG and Rare Cooldown for it.
Buying it right now wouldn't be much worth it because the radius would only be like 0.3m bigger than the radius of my Nade Launchers.
Im in practically the same position; epic dmg and rare reload/radius. While its ok, its not going to be great. So im not itching to switch out my missile rack build for it. But its def one im keeping an eye on and if I get some good implants for it, ill likely get it on something.
@@scape211 I don't like Missile Racks, i even switched out my rank 4 Missile Rack 8 for rank 3 Cryo 8 for a long time.
Maybe you could make your Guardian Rank 5 and put the Disrupters on him :)
@@Peulut yea i dont like missile racks a ton either and i dont have the radius implant for it on my f2p account. So i am leaning towards Disruptors. Not sure on guardian though :)
@@scape211 Well Guardian is a very great mech and has enough capacity at rank 5 for a dual Disrupter 12 :)
12 or 16? There's plenty for 12 energy mechs so maybe the 16's on something like Guardian or Onyx?
Yea thats a decent way to go. I know we have a lot of 12s so i can understand why people look for 16s, but tbh most of the heavy mechs arent going to do well late game by comparision. Onyx can do ok, panther is good, solis is ok, and the new blockhorn seems ok but still a bit unproven. Meanwhile all the meta stuff comes from the medium energy bracket. So it just makes sense to put more focus there. That said, the 16s will still be decent.
@@scape211 Interesting. I agree. I have a max Onyx and barely use it. The heavy mechs aren't that 'heavy' when you take into account the power of some of these faster mechs with legendary pilots etc. Maybe they'll release a 'super' heavy like they did with the weapons. Oh, War Robots Titans? Nooooooo
@@robsmith2851 the general issue is that hp is valued less in this game over damage. The damage of even 12 energy weapons is often enough to secure kills. So having speed, a defensive ability, or some form of maneuverability often trumps high hp stats. The developers i believe have even stated that they want to keep the pace of the game fast. Its likely why we haven't see a healing mech either. They definitely seem to fear slowing down the game.
So mech arena is slowly healing. Thumbs up for the devs for this decision
Scape, I'm planning to get Disruptor duel 16s on Gurdian. All need is Diesel and if im lucky the legendary radius implant for the weapon. Also my Gurdian is maxed.
Is this a good decision or should i get the missile rank 16s and pray for the legendary radius implant?
That seems like a decent plan. I dont know exactly how good that will be and I do think it will have some pitfalls. Especially since we have more ember gun builds so guardian is more susceptible to rushes by surges or nomads with that weapon which has become fairly common. The DR16s arent going to be great there, but Im not sure what will honestly. The DR16s will allow guardian some decent mid range capability with less exposure though so it seems reasonable.

@@rightbehindyou8375 tbh im not sure. If you really want to use guardian and a 16 energy weapon, then sure. But I dont consider guardian meta for end game. So its a good sized investment.

2. Is Chain gun not good? I was thinking of getting the Chain gun 10 second copy and use on either Aegis or Surge.
1 - yes i already got Baron. def worth it if you have the credits imo.
2 - chain gun in general isnt too great by comparison. But a temporary use case can be made for the chaingun 6 and 10 since they are credits. Imo, the chaingun 6 is harder to justify as its a ton of credits for very little use. However, the chaingun 10 to dual copy and use on some mechs was something i even considered so its at least ok.
The issue with the chaingun is more so about whats available later and the resources you invest. A chaingun 12 or 16 is about the same as a minigun 12 or 16. And thats just a better weapon overall. So its usually not favorable. The chaingun 10 is different due to being a cheap value option for a short time. Hope that helps!

Do you mean the 16 energy version of Disruptor? Its credits too. Its about 800k credits I believe. You should be able to check it all in the mech arena data sheet. Link is in my description.

I'm 5->6k sp and surge double disruptor 8 is one of my favorites. Recently upgraded eclips to 20 energy,now bought the 12s,and it's fun, promising...
Takes some practicing,but after a while,it's a good weapon,and fun!
When should i get epic equipment?
depends on where you are in each tier and general spot in the game. I usually start thinking about epic stuff in tier 3 if you are f2p.

@@agwanmolgamingworld8102 again, it depends on what pilots you have. If you are going to get epics or have epics (like a full hangar of them), you can keep those and get some epics whenever you see fit. But if you only use rares, you may want to get legendaries sooner. Like maybe around tier 4.
I actually got the 12 on aegis,I already had the 6 when it was released with one token chance.It's arguably the best f2p splash weapon if you don't have the radius for mr

Agreed. I actually pretty much expected the last PvE event to feature Eclipse but it was killshot. I assume they have a PvE event they want for him and thats why its taking a while. But they should just release it and do the event later at this point. way too long.

I could but i think for many this is no contest. Sentinel plays very minor roles as a tank or placeholder given his cheap gear hub cost. Aegis is far better for the long term and even out of box. Hes more expensive, but hes worth it. You still see him end game sometimes. Sentinel is definitely not an end game mech by meta standards.
I used 10’s on my redeemer, works well with his speed and ability to backtrack, it would be amazing with him maxed at 24 energy and dual 12’s.
redeemer is one i think that would make great use of it. I have played with it on redeemer on my main account from time to time. Its not quite as good as other top end competitive builds, but its respectable fs. Hes just want one I plan to target maxing out on this f2p account.
