I think a farm house with a big garden, Would be good for a starter house. Only add some details that doesn’t look so hard for a starter?. And thanks for leaving numbers and a house map, there are so many others I can’t keep up with.

The cuts aren't made in the Replay Mod, but in the video editor. I put the scenes together and put a smooth transition between them.
