The Anesthesia Addict Blue are my all time favorite! They're so realistic and even add density. They're not flat looking and are very comfortable.
To me they look artificial - I would instantly notice it. The Anesthesia Lolite or Solotica Graphite are way more natural looking to me...
On me they look totally fake. Like 100% artificial. I never wear them. They even tend to look fake in pictures of me.

@David Bradberry I have a mix. They make a difference too. It’s subtle and looks natural. The most natural lenses I had so far.
Oh and fonz you're definitely an essential part of the contact lenses youtubers, you're the only one who describes the lenses clearly and explains enough. Another youtuber would be "beawesemeinstead" but he went idle for a few months now. You can't quit the channel.
Btw i love anesthetic mar more than addict blue for its brighter ocean blue color but addict blue is perfect, i need to buy it im just waiting for this covid crisis to end.

Personally I'm going with Anesthesia.. the lenses are way, way, way less pixelated than Solotica.
Btw I used Addict Blue last year, this year I switched to Anesthetic Mar and I'm enjoying it by far more than Addict Blue.

I got hugely disappointed with the 'Anesthesia Anesthetic Mar'! (2019 opacity). The pupil hole was huge and the color pattern looked really dull and boring on my auburn reddish eyes!
I still wear 'Anesthesia Addict Blue' everyday! They're my favourite colored contacts, so far!
The pupil hole is noticeably smaller compared to 'Mar' and the color pattern looks much more natural and realistic, too!

First: I liked Mar more due to his color, Addict Blue is a very, "deep" like turquoise blue lens, with a bit of yellow and green in the middle. (I don't liked that much the yellow personally)..
Mar is a little bit brighter and lighter than Addict Blue, like a light ice-blue with less green and yellow... I mean there is green and a little bit of yellow on Mar too, but it's a softer tone than Addict Blue. I Tried them both simultaneously and when you have them side to side the difference is noticeable, Mar to me is even less pixelated than Addict Blue.
Second: i liked the pupil hole better on Mar... Addict Blue pupil hole is slightly tighter but is less sharper than Mar pupil hole, that gives to Mar a different deep as lens (and to me a more natural) look at the lens itself that melts better with your overall look/eyes.
There are plenty comparison of Mar in different lightnings here in YT... Even Fonzevil did a comparison between the two lenses, maybe go watch it and see why I think Mar pupil hole is better.
By the way all I said was about the two lenses from a VERY close range like 4inches-8inches/10cm-20cm. If that range is larger even face to face nobody can tell that they are lenses. They are both beautiful and stunning, you can't go wrong with either one. Addict blue and Mar are two of the most natural blue lenses you can find out there for sure.

And when I decided which one I got I’ll let you know Iam just always worried that i might look “zombie” like that’s why iam careful with brighter colors like addict blue but on the other side I really want a contact which is a little lighter and more noticeable and still real and natural looking :)
@@Zoroastrian88 Hey i have worn the Addict blue and they are the best blue lenses to buy. You will not look like a zombie. It really depends on your shade of colour or your natural eye. I have dark brown eyes so they look great. Contact lens will look brighter if you have light coloured eyes.
I have the Topazio NC and can't believe how natural they really look.
The daily Solotica are gorgeous 😍
Also water content is 58% with aquarella cyan blue highest among most of the blue lenses.

I have green eyes and I tried the solotica safira and omg, I looked like an alien. If you have hazel or a lighter brown eye I wouldn't recommend if you want natural. They look far better on dark eyes unless you want to look like you are cosplaying. :-D Thank you for the review! I loved the video you did with your BF as his eyes are closer to mine ;-) Can you do more?
I have dark brown, almost black eyes and I had the same experience actually. I looked like a zombie!!! Im sad because I bought them in November so they couldn't even be used as a Halloween lens.
@@zoeh.8316 i think the blue is just 'too blue; no one naturally has that eye color so it looks like it's glowing in real life. I like the graphite, they are so pretty, but wanted something more intense. I was sad too when I put them on :-(
@David Bradberry I actually find solotica comfortable, have you tried them? Graphite is soooooo natural looking, my husband doesn't even realize I have them in from a distance.
Love love Addict Blue on you those looked a lot more natural in my opinion. Kind of reminds me of the Solotica Rio collection Ipanema (Let me know if you have a review on those )

recently bought hidrocor grafite and i’m gonna receive it tomorrow. this year’s pupil hole looks tighter, i think (?) i’m very happy, it looks amazing. really excited with my choice. thanks for the video!

Felix Oliveira yes I’m using it constantly!! honestly this are the best lenses i’ve ever tried. I wouldn’t say the pupil is very small, but it’s kind of a “gradient”, it blends with your natural eye color, which in my opinion is even better than a super small pupil, since it can make you look like a fish. when the lightning is a bit darker i guarantee you it looks exactly like your real eye. if you’re interested feel free to dm me on ig @julia.sxavier and i can send you pictures of me wearing it!!

I am literally addicted to Anesthesia Addict Blue. I do not think I can wear anything ever again.
@heringe it is somewhere between a Brown Hazel ish but also a chestnut Brown... well..the browncoloring is chestnut With a hint of green in the edges...I am sorry .I do not know how to explain it.

@@lavendar_ I have them. They look pretty natural. My eyes are hazel. I can still tell that they are contacts though because I know contacts but ppl around cannot tell.

My favorite blue lens would be parati from the rio collection. Other lenses don’t make much of a difference to my appearance as I got lighter hair and skin. Oh and I also like ice, it appears blue to me as well.

At first I thought the Addict Blue looked fake BUT after getting used to them, I’d say they look pretty natural. It’s just a lot to get used to for me. I have black eyes normally. They look good.

Hey Fonzey, you are gorgeous, anything looks good on you, but I don’t get why you have Safira and Solotica in the top 6. Based on TH-cam recommendations, I bought the NC Ice & Safira and they are really pixelated and unnatural. They might look good in pictures and on camera, but in person, not at all. I also got the Cyan Blue and Addict Blue ones, they are better, but still pixelated. Did you find any brands that are better at printing the lenses, even the hand painted ones? Thank you so much, no ofense, but Solotica’s printing is really fake. You are beautiful though. ❤️

I feel like Safira is the “new” Addict Blue because it is one of the most talked about contacts in the colored contact world. Back in the day Addict Blue really set a new standard for contacts and I feel like Addict Blue is the “Regina George” of contacts and Safira is the new girl from Africa. The stigma surrounding colored contacts started because earlier colored contacts had a very “bug eyed, cross eyed, dull, lifeless” look that turned many people off. Somewhat like wigs, I think the stigma will go away because many people wear clear contacts but avoid colored contacts because of past earlier cheap lenses. I feel like colored contacts can pass for “clear contacts” if the contact is PERFECT. All colored contacts have a clear circle surrounding the color part of the lenses and most people who see that think your wearing “clear contacts” if the contact is real enough. I just feel like Addict Blue has a “magical” look that many contact just don’t have ... until Safira arrived. I’ve noticed a somewhat similar design between the two contacts just different shading. They are somewhat “animated” looking, but not in a “circle lens” or “cosplay” type of way, more like an adult with “child like” eyes type of way because they have a “water color” look to them unlike the “dry looking” contact lenses worn by Nicki Minaj.
Is there a gray-green version of Addict Blue by Anesthesia? I prefer contacts that show up more light grey/minty green, Anesthesia Fonesta is too deep green for me. Please let me know!
In my humble opinion the most gray greenish contacts from that brand are the 'Anesthesia USA Vegas Pearl' ones...

Based on your videos I bought Addict blue through Lens.me . I wear prescription they sent me Iolite by accident . They quickly fixed it , sent me Addict blue within 2 days and told me to keep Addict Iolite. You are right , I have been wearing contacts for 30 yrs... these are comfortable... do not even know they are on! Also they are stunning , look natural and I am even obsessed with the Addict Iolite that I would have never ordered!

I bought Anastasia blue a while ago maybe two years ago and although I love love the color, I was so disappointed because I absolutely had the bug eye affect I was so mad because I love the color so much but I could not wear those with that bug eye affect I could not do it but I was sad about the beautiful color I couldn’t wear 😩

I tried 'Anesthesia Anesthetic Mar' last year, but the pupil hole was looking huge on me and the color looked really flat and boring... Not baby blue or light blue, as I was hoping, but a light gray color without any blueish undertones at all!
If 'Solótica Hidrocor Topázio' looks almost like 'Anesthetic Mar' does, I think I prefer to keep wearing 'Anesthesia Addict Blue' as I've been...

I think Just4kira lenses SL70 is so natural and much more amazing. Absolutely stunning and smaller patterns and much more detail and looks even better .:) even if it’s a 4K camera.
