I was in a terrible depressive rut for the last 2 years, to the point where I even started contemplating if I should end my life. I used to watch a lot of inspirational/manifestation videos including yours in the hope maybe someone would save me one day, but I never resonated with any of it and all you and others said were just mere words to me. I decided to take a gap year even after getting into good colleges because I was not happy with where I was in life. I never truly asked myself what I wanted from life, I just assumed that's what I would want because it's the safest way.
