Out of all the style videos yours is my favourite as the videos are straight to the point, no endless chatter just pure fashion and style advice. When I’m putting an outfit together i often think, what would Gemma advise…Thank you for offering us mature ladies such classy beautiful outfits. 😘
The midi dress outfits are my favorites, I love wearing skirts and dresses of nearly all lengths, from mid-thigh to ankle, even in winter. I just add knee-high boots and maybe tights to midi lengths. I also love my OTK boots (a black pair and a taupe pair) with shorter skirts in winter. Or sock boots with matching tights, I still love that look on my skinny legs.
You always deliver great Videos. Especially at this time of year, this is a very practical one. All you have to do is shop your own closet. Formulas make it so easy, to put outfits together. Thanks Gemma.

A basic classic wardrobe makes getting dressed so much simpler. You can mix and match to make so many fab outfits. So glad you find some ideas to wear your wardrobe

Loved the animal print midi dress with the boots. I much prefer boots with midi skirts and dresses than with pants. I guess because I'm older and need the volume on the bottom. 😊
May I suggest layering with a long sleeve undergarment like a cuddledud, then a thin turtleneck to keep heat in and then a cashmere sweater which is thin and lightweight. This combo under a normal wool coat is great for me and I live where there is true winter.
I have a question - so many outfit formulas include a coat as a necessary part of the color combo. But when I get to my destination and am indoors (say at the office), the coat comes off and I am left wearing all black or whatever base was under the gorgeous coat. How do you make the outfits work once you’re indoors?
Excellent video. Simply yet so classy. Im tiny only 5 foot and was told I should stay away from wide leg trousers? Does anyone agree with that ? Thanks
I find it much easier to look elegant in winter than summer. It’s all the layers. They lend themselves to a stylish finish very well. Summer on the other hand is all about wearing as little as possible. It’s very hard to look stylish when you are boiling over, bright red in the face, perspiring like a melting ice cream and feeling as miserable as hell.
Another wonderful video. I am a winter/high contrast color and feel that camel would wash me out. Do you agree? Any alternatives or tones of camel that might work. Thank you

Hi Gemma, I have lots of different coloured bags. It’s ridiculous. I have hardly any free space in my wardrobe. However I have recently ordered a large cream bag from RL. Should I get rid of most of my coloured bags and stick with cream one I have ordered? Do you think I could wear it with anything? Thank you😊

I have a coat the same style and color as yours Gemma, but would love to fine that deeper colored camel. It’s not easy to find and when I have the price is out of my wallet range.
These formulas are great but I would wear them when there are 15-16 degrees (celsius), of course you can't wear them in plenty winter when there are 0-5 degrees!

It depends on the shades, just experiment, but I would say yes. I like blues with cooler browns, like taupe, for one possibility, or tan accessories with navy, gorgeous.

Respectfully, but I would never wear something as tacky as an animal print, even if you'd pay me. There is nothing elegant about it, quite the opposite. White jeans/pants in winter look like someone seriously confused the seasons. Not many caucasian people look good in black (or camel) and the darkest tops they wear should match their skin tone and should be dark brown, dark green or navy, not black, which traditionally was used only for funerals, and not considered "elegant" and used by everybody, everywhere for everything, all the time, as it's the case nowadays.

These outfits may be nice for warm autumn days, but they wouldn't work in cold winter weather. English winters seem to be pretty warm.
