My 8 year old - Katie is just raving to anyone who listens about these exercises, that they are great and will get her ready for feis days when they come back. She jumps right in with such enthusiasm but half way through turns and says - gosh these really get you - try it mum. em - I'm supervising lol However tried this evening and great for my back and shoulders - thank you Amy Mae x
Hi Amy Mae! I'm an adult dance who started two years ago. After only three days of your challenge, my teacher actually commented on my improvement and asked if I'd been practicing at home! I'm having a lot of fun so far and plan to finish out the rest of the challenge ☺️

Amazing to see exercises focusing on posture and breathing. We are always worried about working on technique skills (legs and feet) and posture is a huuuuge part of our presentation, especially holding it during the whole dance! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thank you so much Amy Mae! Posture has never been my strong point, so I'm so glad you did this video. I did feel quite a bit of tension in my neck when I did this. Is that normal? If not, what can I do to prevent it?
I had the same tension in my neck but i found that after pulling my neck down with my hand to the side (not too hard) which made the second round easier
Hi Amy Mae. I’m loving your 30 day challenge ❤️. I’m on day 3 and Iv learned so much. Posture would also be an area I need to focus on as I have rounded shoulders. How often would you recommend doing these exercise for someone that needs to work on this area. Thank you, Leah (15) from Wexford xx.
I like yoga. I like the exercises on last video any time someone uses a chair as gym. One future idea might be people can send their favorite jigs, reels or instrumental Irish tunes and you can come up with choreo for it.

Molly loved the shoulder blade and shoulder warm-ups. They helped her body loosen up and she was excited to do exercises she's never done before!
