Interesting that the report is called a power balance. For many years I operated the then state-of-the-art engine anyalyzers from Sun and Allen and Snap-On and etc. You might remember them. Fun times! The power balance feature would go through the firing order electronically shutting down each cylinder in turn and then compare the RPM drops, vacuum changes, resistance, all sorts of info. Was really useful to quickly isolate problems. I'm surprised the scanner manufacturers don't include that feature anymore.

I cant even count how many vehicles i diagnosed were someone replaced the crank sensor and or cam sensor and didnt do a relearn ! Then continued to fire the parts cannon on it !
Since the fuel tank is almost empty, I would dump an additive in the fuel tank and fill it up with some quality fuel. I bet the graph would show very minimal dips after that…… just sayin….

Wonder if the plugs were purchased off Amazon. Huge market for counterfeit parts. Ford DOES NOT use 'Part Numbers', rather they're 'Engineering Number'. That was one way check for fake parts, then boxes turned to bags, etc I've made it a habit to Pre-scan, Post-Scan, Reset adaptations, ship it.

Did you ever run into a change of a 3rd break light change from a regular break light to an LED making the tourconverter lock up in 80s 90s ford pickup truck???

Wonder if it messed up the coils a little. Or carbon trace in the boots maybe new boots if available? 🤷
