Interesting; I happened to mention that same thing to others in our tribe and they all agree Matt really did stand & deliver during his 2019 action at a very crucial time in the schedule. During that stretch, the facts include ZERO interceptions, four TD's, passer rating of 100.9, 160+ yards average per game, 64.8% completion rate (his career best) and importantly, an average of 7.6 yards per throw. One very cool thing was to watch this journeyman literally walk in, huddle up and then make truly professional throws, short or long, slant or otherwise. In the Packers loss (perhaps one of his best games - tribe lost for other reasons) watch how he literally throws Travis Kelce open by guiding him to an open space but with adequate touch and loft to allow time for TK to find the ball! I think he did the same with Tyreek Hill in another game - maybe. Matt Moore can take pride in that ring - he earned it just as much as anyone else on the team. For me personally, it's the same feeling I have watching Andy Reid finally win the ring, so it's all gravy. This is a local video that is a PERFECT illustration of Matt's skill level (and must watch) post game summary after the Packers game, but with good highlights. I’m actually gonna put the Fitzmagic play top 3. Without that play the playoffs are completely rewritten. Chiefs don’t get the bye and the Titans don’t go on their magical run to upset two top teams. That bye was so crucial for the Chiefs and as a Chiefs fan I will forever be grateful to Fitzmagic.
I had to include it, switching back and forth between that game and the Chiefs game week 17 was so much fun. The main reason I put it there is because thats Fitzpatrick's number!
5:25 is what makes Mahomes and Chiefs offense so dangerous. Uninterrupted Safety blitz which was not picked by Chiefs offensive line but Mahomes makes great throw under pressure dropping back and Robinson , arguably 4th best receiver on the team does a great job catching the ball one-handed. This was against best defense in NFL with 3 probowl DBs.
The funny thing is, every Chiefs fan already knows the top 2 plays! You could almost call them tied for #1. Both were just an incredible player making an incredible play.
2:50 this play was clearly practiced. That's what makes our team so great, not the superbowl wins or contending each year but the relaxed culture that Andy built on in 2013. Everyone he's drafted or brought in hasn't been because they're the best but because they're extremely smart, have a general love for football--something money or attitude couldn't get in the way of--and understand that the team comes 1st even if that means a lot less play for them. It's why Hill went an entire year without being a focal point, Mahomes needed to learn the finer accounts of defenses(yet still reached the SB in a brand new system.) It's why L. Bell didn't outlast his contract. Why trading Marcus Peters was a easy call (and a genius trade. He appeared to be first in his position because we allow players freedom to take what they see, but after locker room issues was sent to a good rival that couldn't afford him and didn't know how to use him, in exchange for a ton of draft capital.) Our players *all* want to be here and they all truly enjoy creating and executing for and as a team. They love playing for Andy and for Kansas City and it shows in everything they do. #Kingdom
My biggest takeaway from this video? Tannehill is like twice the size I thought. When he stood up after that sack from Clark I did NOT expect him to be almost as big him.

Whole team is back....plus Mahomes may actually have a true RB to work with now, and an actual top10 defense. Last 2 years, Chiefs defense has been shitty-sub par. That's how scary Mahomes is. (28-8) overall rec so far. (4-1) in playoffs..Has yet to not make AFC Championship game. 1×SB Winner 1×SB MVP 1×NFL MVP 2×Pro Bowler 1×All Pro 1×AP Offensive POY 1×Bert Bell Award Winner. Did all this so far with no true RB and a defense ranked #25 in 2018, #17 in 2019. So literally opposing defenses KNEW Mahomes was throwing 91.9% of time and still couldn't stop him. Just think when he has a true RB mix shit up? That is SCARY. Mahomes may be the potential "MJ of NFL." If he wins Back2Back SBs? Shits gonna get crazy. Scary part? Our Defense is improving each season with Mahomes. Chiefs did all that last year with at one point in 2019 season? 6 of our top10 players were out to injury. Including Mahomes. Somehow managed to still go (12-4,) (2-1) without Mahomes. While playing 3rd toughest schedule in NFL in 2019...Mahomes played the 9th toughest schedule in his first season as a starting QB in 2018, going (12-4.) Mahomes/Chiefs? On a current 9 game winning streak. That shit ain't easy in NFL. I Really dont think people are truly appreciating what their witnessing with Mahomes. The hate is real. Cant wait tell Mahomes/Chiefs are TRULY HATED! So now Mahomes has a versatile RB we drafted as our 1stRdr pick. A much improved Defense, arguably best O-line in NFL, arguably best QB&WR&TE trio in NFL as well. Then Andy Reid running show? Mahomes has next 15-18 years win 5 more SBs. You put it that way? #28 The Williams TD catch in the Houston playoff game should be way higher. Mahomes throws the ball to him into his hands, in stride and Williams isnt even looking back when Mahomes throws it. Magic.

Last 2 years, Chiefs defense has been shitty-sub par. That's how scary Mahomes is. (28-8) overall rec so far. (4-1) in playoffs..Has yet to not make AFC Championship game.

Chiefs did all that last year with at one point in 2019 season? 6 of our top10 players were out to injury. Including Mahomes. Somehow managed to still go (12-4,) (2-1) without Mahomes. While playing 3rd toughest schedule in NFL in 2019...Mahomes played the 9th toughest schedule in his first season as a starting QB in 2018, going (12-4.)

Mahomes has next 15-18 years win 5 more SBs. You put it that way? Plus with all old guard great QBs either retired or on their way out?(Mannings, Big Ben, Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Rivers.) Winning 5 more SBs to overtake NFL leading Pats with 7? Isn't that far fetched with a 23 year old QB with one finger filled already.. So unless their are some franchise changing QBs in future drafts over nxt 5-7 years? Going to AFC teams? This may be easier than u think for Chiefs. Yes of course the time is now cuz Chiefs won't be able keep this current roster forever. But bottomline? Even after 3 years fr now, and we have rebuild around Mahomes? Lol. AFC OFFICIALLY on lockdown and KC has keys...Mentally will hurt Lamar in potential future playoff matchups vs KC. KC has #1 toughest schedule 2020 season. Its brutal. Play NE AGAIN, @TB, @Bal. @Buff, @NO, vsAtl. This schedule to me is no coincidence.
NFL wants Mahomes vs Brady matchups till Brady is gone. (Brady leads h2h (2-1.) Easily could be Mahomes (3-0,) as Chiefs had the lead in all 3 games under 1:50 play in each game.
