    One thing I refuse to leave behind are 1 to 3 Tide pods secured in a ziploc (to be stored with my toiletries.) Not only do they ensure I can take less clothes with me, having them means I won’t have to spend extra on detergent when I get to my destination. For shoes, I bring two: crocs (that can double as shower shoes/slippers), and regular sneakers. The only thing I pack in excess are undergarments, but I can usually get away with two shirts and two pairs of pants. One backpack traveler. That’s essentially everything that I bring.

      The detergent pods are a great idea, Mari! How do you find that Crocs work durability-wise? Thanks for the insightful comment 😃

      Look into detergent sheets. Then there is no need to worry about liquid detergent. I use Grove sheets.

    I have a cross body bag with all of my daily essentials, I make it a little lighter for when I travel and don’t need certain things but it has pretty much removed my need for a personal item back pack. Now I just travel with my clothes in a Cary on and I am good to go 👍

    Items I always bring on a trip the bare essentials are probably, wipes(makeup or body), deoderant, toothbrush and toothpaste, twizer, nail clipper, small first aid kit, brush, hair tie/small rubber bands, cap, jacket, flashlight, packable small towel or big towel or both, chapstick, snacks, water bottle, hand sanitizer, maybe 1-2 pairs of shoes, back pack or bag, clothes and recently started using packing cubes. Other items I usually always have in my car is a walking stick and umbrella. Besides roadtrip car essentials.

    I love wearing hiking or adventure pants when traveling all year round. Jeans are too heavy, too hot, or hard to hand wash. A pair of Bermuda shorts is also great for hot summer days. I always bring bug repellent (home made ointment) and itch ointment because I am a bug magnet.

    i use golf pants for travel pants, they look like dress pants but are more wrinkle resistant and are stretchy and packable. puma and under armor are my favorite ones so far. adidas makes decent ones but they are more shiny and wrinkle easier and i have not really liked any of the nike ones i have due to the color fade and not being stretchy or wrinkle resistant

      I just bought a pair of Tommy Bahamas golfing Bermuda shorts. They are perfect for weekend getaways, so light and stretchy:). I do have a pair of Nike gold pants in light khaki that used to be my travel pants.

    Last year I gave friends and family an actual list of items I want for my birthday. Of course they didn't have to get me anything but also they end up asking. I try to be more minimal in my life these days as well as invest in more quality items that will last longer and I had a list of outdoor gear I did want/need. Now I have one item on your list I can ask for this year haha. I've had a pretty decent packable rain jacket from Walmart for many years, but the tightening strings are starting to frey, it's my only rain jacket and I've been wanting a more sporty one like the one mentioned here, thanks Pack Hacker. 👍

    I've been binge-watching Pack Hacker for an upcoming trip, but have yet to see a video on what to pack for sleeping. Do all members of the PH team sleep nude? 😉 I usually end up sleeping in a tank top and undies, but it would be great to see some light and packable PJs or nighties. Thanks again for all your great work!

    • @PackHacker

    • @nuvoclassic

      I've recently been WEARING my 'PJs' on travel/departure day - leggings or palazzo pants with pockets. For my top I wore a short sleeve dress (with pockets). My outfit was SO comfy. I packed a 2nd PJ set, too - sleeveless tunic and bike shorts. All versatile items I could wear multiple times....For PJs at home, I like to wear T-shirt and shorts or capris with sleep socks.... For temparature control, I always take a zip hoodie - either a dressier cardigan with pockets or casual sweatshirt with pockets.

    • @TessaOswin
      @TessaOswin ปีที่แล้ว

      I will say having a cardigan or hoodie you are happy to sleep in can allow more versatile in ‘pj’ tops, like T-shirts which can be used for other stuff. I will say I haven’t found a pair of day trouser that I would be happy to use as pj bottoms but a single pair of bottoms doesn’t take much space.

      @sluttyfrogmagician 2 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      I think he just has big voluptuous lips. But even if it is lip gloss, SO WHAT? Is that a problem for you? Does it make you uncomfortable? Let's say you put on some lip gloss; would that be a threat to YOUR masculinity or something? You need to look inside yourself and figure out why someone else doing their own thing makes YOU uncomfortable. When someone complains about something so small, it makes me wonder if you've EVER had a gay friend, or been to an event with people different than yourself, or have ever really been exposed to free-thinking people in general. I feel sorry for you. I'm not saying that to troll you; I genuinely wish for better for people that get hung up on something as small as some possible lip gloss or tweezing. Why do that with your mind and your time? You posted two comments. I mean this with the best of intentions: Get a life.
