Canadian driver here. I just bought the exact twin of this one, right down to the optional packages and colour. In three weeks I have put 1792km on it. The 1.3 engine is surprisingly peppy in the low rev range, excellent for city driving. My overall fuel economy is 7.2 litres per 100km so far. This is the first CVT I have driven, and I was curious as to how it would feel. I can say that when you drive it sensibly it is one of the smoothest accelerating vehicles I have driven since there are no perceptible gear changes. Ride quality is a little hard compared to my wife’s Malibu, but it is compatible with a Cruze I had, and even a Mustang I used to own when it comes to bumps in the pavement. No regrets buying it. Pity you did not take it on the road. Your report is good, but feels unfinished as a result.
I drive on of these over a month in Oklahoma. Was the RS Turbo not AWD and regular large analog dashboard. Super economical and at high way speeds super fast when passing other vehicles. 😎
Excellent review and POV. New subscriber. Really like Trailblazer LT with the 1.3 engine. Front passenger seat folds completely flat for long items. CHEVY should offer Power drivers seat as a stand alone option. Some customers can't afford the Driver Convience Pkg with the Cold weather package for almost extra $2000 Thanks for the good work. 😮😮
I have the 1.3 turbo engine Chevy Trailblazer LT AWD
Nice

Thank you for your information and input. It is well taken here!! Glad you are happy with that purchase
The car seems really neat and driver friendly but there's no air conditioning for the back and no privacy curtain for the back either. Minor stuff.
Small car I wouldn’t think you need the vents for the rear.

The spider at 3:16 his name is joe
Sure it was a spider….?
No way I’d touch that CVT transmission. Complete deal breaking. That’s BS you can’t get the regular transmission in the base model for 25k
I hate cvt transmissions honestly… never been a fan.
3 cylinders that’s not going to last. Otherwise I like the car.
We were wondering the same thing… time will tell on this one.
weak thats what I think . theres electric mountain bikes with more torque ffs
Hahahaahh
