Having land is always work. My husband was cutting trees and I decided to grab the chain saw and try it. It jump and scared me when it cut into the tree. So that’s a no for me. Hard work. Props to you.

Man I love my 660 for the bigger stuff, but I like the 440 for everything under 24'' or so. That's a perfect log for the beast David...but I know you know that !! Those thing just love to EAT wood man.

That is awesome I bet all that wood will come in handy for something. I need to still cut down the dead trees its been too windy or rainy lately. Hoping for a weather break to do it. Not looking forward to it, but looking forward to it being done and using the wood for things around here like posts, trellises, hugelkulture beds, mulch etc. I always worry about these skinny trees up here going the wrong direction lol we have some bigger ones that need to go but I dont have the confidence for that yet lol.
These videos help build that confidence and familiarity though. If I watch the chainsaws being used they become more familiar less intimidating since this stuff isnt familiar at all I didn't grow up around much of it. Out here it is a necessary skill though unless I want to pay a ton of money for each little tree or want to let them get blown over and hit my power lines or worse our campers etc.
