You guys know of any well-polished escape room games that take 30 minutes to an hour and a half to complete? Not games like The Room, where it takes a few hours to complete a few chapters, but an entirely self-contained puzzle that takes about an hour to solve.
Without the downward pull of gravity, our body cannot function properly. The human body tends to relax in a state of weightlessness because it no longer fights the pull of gravity. This lack of the gravitational pull alleviates the mechanical strain otherwise endured by our skeletal system.
The Rorschach test puzzle was so unbelievably painful to watch. Tyler is one of the smartest people I know of when it comes to puzzle games, and it was quite distressing watching him completely ignore the "Nobody will find my safe" and "Don't forget the code this time" clues, and not recognize the mirrored numbers for so long.
I really think you should play "Outer Wilds". (not to be confused with the outer worlds!) its a space puzzle/exploration game, shorter than the witness and baba, but not a short ride either. its got a lot of story, and I wish I could divulge on it but it would spoil the puzzles too. but what I can say is the physics it takes into account is mind blowing, its a warm friendly game, and was my favorite game of 2019, and still one of my favorite games.
i’ve tried outer wilds, couldn’t really hold my attention there cuz wasn’t really any direction i felt and i had no idea what to do or where to go or what my end goal was
@@arc9171 well, assuming you were able to get to launching your ship, some of the text prompts up to that point will have given some direction as to options (though really anywhere is game) like the attlerock or brittle hollow. the latter has an enormous amount of fun exploration and information, the former having some too, though only as much as such a small moon can offer. but one thing I can say is anything you see in the game can and likely will be explained or given context by the end of the game.
Yeah, once I realized that in my playthrough it became a lot more manageable. I think that the game overall was fun, I wish that they had a way of getting rid of some of the clutter or easily marking items that are just there for atmosphere and not plot-related. That said I will probably be picking up the full game once it comes out.
I'd love for Tyler to try out the Submachine series if he is looking for more room escapes. First one's a clunky 20 minute adventure, then the rest get really good. Beautiful hand inked art and the artist develops a unique style as the games progress. Also quite challenging.
Oh yeah I remember playing those as a kid. The one with the grid (I forget which number) was the only one I solved without looking it up. I feel like they would be too unintuitive for Tyler, but that may just be my stupid kid brain talking.
@@miguelanjo2776 im sure it could still happen someday, perhaps Tyler may just have not understood the concept at first. but its certainly worth the journey in the long run
If you want to play a puzzle game you should play hocus, a game where you're a cube and you have to make it to the hole like golf but puzzely I recommend this puzzle game as you might like it
I spent forever on the third one because I thought the answer to the odd one out was dog (all of the rest have 5 letters in their name, dog only has 3)

Hello tyler love the vids

An irl escape room fits this description pretty well
Hello
Seeing this makes me want to see Tyler do an actual real life escape room
This would be so dank
This but it's the impossible escape room that alpharad made
With paymomeywubby because I think it would be a wild mix
Most escape rooms don’t allow you to record inside

I didn't get that either tbf
Some people aren’t good at finding clues
@@jadejaguar69 Yeah, it's really funny seeing how people can be incredibly smart in some ways and completely obtuse in others
The fact that he didn't realize that the rorchart was mirrored numbers killed me
I'm just slowly losing it to him calling them "roar shark" tests

Working out with dumbbells without gravity is clearly the best time to exercise
They still have some inertia so you can work out a little bit
the more escape room games he plays the more I want to see a tyler in the wild solving an escape room.
7:24 PAINFUL YELLING
Tyler: "nothing to see here"
By the way, why did someone scream then? Was it an editing thing, or was it lore?
@@sunnymoon1173 well the picture shown at 7:21 is from a game called SEUM speedrunners from hell. And I think the scream is a reference to that.

that's extremely unsafe to have a "break glass in case of" on a space station or whatever that is. the shards will go in your eyes
The amount of effort he put into the rorshach hurt, occams razer man
What hurt me was how many times he pronounced it roar-shark
You can see icons on certain objects which mean certain things. Book means information and key means needed for the puzzle

reading too much into the rorschachs was really funny

bruh if that’s NOT a star I’m gonna be very worried
Tyler: plays game, mentions space in the title
Comments sections: Outer Wilds when!?
well yeah it's a great game, and a new dlc came out for it recently

Tyler you have to do a real escape room now
Everyone has blind spots when it comes to puzzles. Don't let people who saw it instantly get to you in the comments.
I feel like a deadly escape room in space would be the best idea, because whoever’s trapped there wouldn’t understand the gravity of the situation.
take my like
and get out
Day 1 of telling Aliensrock to play Outer wilds.
I know it won't work, but one can only try, right?

I feel like it's one of those games you pull out once every couple years when you've gotten rusty and forgot it even exists

Have you played Altered ?
wait, i'm confused. How did he deduce the code on 10:50? The test had only 3 questions with the answers 2, 3, 3, where did second 2 came in?
The 3rd answer was C, not 3, so the only numerical result was the number itself, 32
Roar-shark
Maybe do a puzzle escape room with Katherine of Sky. She likes puzzle games and I think it would be cool.
Omg someone send this to Elon musk. That need needs to add this to his long term plans.
It upsets me how he says Rorschach
irl escape room plz :p
