@@Nishana99 brother gurbani teaches only truthfulness. the 5 o clock amrit vela definition is not true because it is not a mrit. the word amrit comes from amar. in Latin Mara means ending and the a prefix means without ending. using that definition we arrive at the meaning of a never ending time. thus we arrive at the real message using this definition. the real message being that when you contemplate truth at all times your positive actions are noticed by others. if we take the 5 o clock definition. then you are only contemplating on truth in the morning and the rest of the day you are not. is that a message nanak wud give?
