Steps:
Step1 Power off
Step2 Remove the screen
Step3 Remove the screen shield
Step4 Remove the battery
Step5 Remove the motherboard
Step6 Remove the charging port
Step7 Remove the power button and volume button flex
Step8 Remove the loudspeaker
Step9 Remove the NFC and wireless charging tape

Hi, I want to repair fingerprint censor, is that need to total assembly or just opened the back over? I see that video is very complex
So in order to replace the cracked back glass panel on my XZ2 Premium I would need to take the entire phone apart and transfer it all over piece by piece... hard pass. Thanks for the video though.
This is for the XZ2, not the XZ2 Premium.

Is it possible to do it by only removing back cover it self?
If not why?
That's a pain to do only for a ba k cover...
You can just unglue the back but you won't be able to unplug the fingerprint sensor to remove it. Also, if the back is cracked, chances are that the frame has some marks too so you better replacing the frame along with the back.

To much dissasambley.After remowe battery remove all four flex connectors(charging port flex,bottom microphone flex,power button flex,bottom microphone flex) ,lift induction charging port and change back cover.
