Please my name is Amarachukwu but Amara was written on my waec certificate. So I have an affidavit that shows the correct name . Please which name should I put, the name on the certificate or my correct name?
Hi Amara, a lot of people have this same issue, and it is fine to have an affidavit for this too; however, the most important way to correct this is to ensure that the name you intend to use corresponds with the name on your NIN in terms of actual names and arrangement. This is the most important because the way your name is arranged on NIN will reflect on your international passport and usually, your bachelor's degree (in case you are going for postgraduate studies). Usually, your WAEC is just proof that you studied English and had a credit.
I have a Neco result and a diploma certificate please, will I still get a transcript for it b4 I take it to the Ministry of Education and foreign affairs to authenticate them.
1. Can the photocopies be black and white, or does it have to be coloured photocopies? 2. How do I get English language proficiency certificate from the MOE? 3. What is eligibility letter? 4. Does authentication expire? If I authenticate now, and I intend to use it next year or even in 2 years time, would I have to re-authenticate? 5. What if I'm pursuing work and school at the same time, what purpose do I pick on the MOE website? Thanks
@@Rachael4Life 1. It does not matter because you are taking your originals with you. 2. Once you’re registering on MOE website, you will tick it. Check the onscreen tutorial and see how to apply for it 3. Eligibility letter means that you are qualified to study in English and your previous study was in English 4. No authentication does not expire 5. Usually, you authenticate your academic credentials when you’re apply for studies. If the job you’re applying for requires your credentials, then I think you still have to authenticate them. But it is advisable to know where you’re headed before you authenticate.
Baba…. Thanks 4 dis 1der full video … but my question is I Neva gain admission into any school 4 now , which school I go come fill 4 dat name of institution.
To authenticate your birth certificate at ministry of foreign affairs must the person attach third party international passport or driving license as declarant?.
I do not think that is necessary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) but at the Ministry of Education (MOE), the only third party allowed to help with your authentication is someone who bears same surname as you i.e a family member. They will have to prove this by a means of identification. MOFA usually do not ask for any means of Identification as at the last I know.
Thanks for video. How do I now go to ministry of foreign affairs and the process
Hi Brown, I do not understand your question. Do you mean how do you get to the ministry? Address?

I'd advise you to get admission first before you authenticate your documents. It usually takes a few days to get them done.
