Nuevamente felicidades y gracias.

NEO can be turned into a Classic or Signature with BPF and pressure gauge, but it is not compatible with the larger PRO brew heads. For grinders, we suggest you join the Brew With Flair group to see what other owners have success with bit.ly/BrewWithFlair

Air in chamber usually. Always fill to the line (standard cylinder without PGK) or until water enters the well on plunger (PRO and any equipped with PGK). Never release force on lever during a shot like when changing hands, this allows the cylinder to raise up under pressure

Shout out to Flair for such an amazing product! I have had flair pro 2 and Flair royal for a few weeks and it’s been doing fantastic. There is one issue that I notice since the beginning and I really don’t know if it’s normal. I find it pretty hard to plug in my pressure gauge into the water chamber that every time i put it in i have to force the chamber a few millimeter down. From what i see in youtube, people seem to plug it in easily and i didn’t notice any force-down of the chamber. Is this typical? Or is it just my machine? It’s brand new though.
