As a currency flipper myself (in this league so far to get the necessary capital for the poets pen bladefall inquisitor on this channel, which is insane btw) a few tips for currency trading 1) start with tertiary currencies (wisdom/portal scrolls, armourers, whetstones etc) against chaos, profit margins for a single back and forth trade can be as high as 50% for those currencies. 2) trade currencies against each other not just against chaos (chaos trades are the most cutthroat in terms of rates), inter-trading alts,jewelers and chromatics used to be a reliable option but many people have noticed it now, so I'd go with scour vaal and alch potentially. 3) use fractions instead of decimals for selling. putting 60/30 into a price field not only means you sell at 2:1 but also that the lowest amount people can ask for without modifying the poetrade message is your 30 for their 60 and increases in those increments. increasing Batch sizes is a good tool to modify demand if you get swamped.

Cruzz999 haha yes this happened to me last league, I had listed a unique for 1c which apparently he used for a build, it got snagged up a day before I saw his build video guide which included the weapon. Then I went and checked PoE Trade and it turned out to be worth so much more after the video release.

Just started PoE love the game like old Diablo II not really concerned about all this stuff with my first character just enjoying the game. Anyway really great guides when I am feather into it I will rewatch these thanks.
Something I like to do while mapping, that made it a lot more enjoyable for me, is to have a dump tab and just run 5-8 maps in a row then sort through all the drops I picked up in that time. It creates a nice rhythm in gameplay imo

I just started play POE in this beastary league and i didnt want to wait for end game to get some Chaos, so i farmed the starting zone, killing hillrock many many times untill after 3 hours of grind in twilight strand i got Oni-Goroshi and that earned me 100Chaos. You need to be atleast lvl 6 in twiligt strand that means you have to logg out every time you killed hillrock and then wait 1.5min and log in again to start over and over again, not many people are willing to do this but as a new player it is worth it if you have the time and pation 😂 I used 4 chars to farm hillrock and the first dropped after about 3 hours. Then i sold the Oni-Goroshi sword and for the 100C i bought some items for my character so it went smooth and fast untill end game 👍 My second Oni-Goroshi dropped today. ''After my first drop that happened like a week ago i did 3 runs when i started up the game and before i have to leave the game, it took me about a week by doing this to get the second one'' Now i have 2 Chars at level 7 that i do a farm with here and there. This is an easy no brainer way to get some fast Chaos for new players and if you have a second screen you can watch a movie while farming twilight strand 😁👍

In Bestiary league? It must be really high price, I think you can open a portal into the center of the ocean. But if your character can't breathe under water, you won't be able to find the secret city of Atlantida, where all the treasure is hidden. :))

I have a powerful PC but struggle to maintain even 40 FPS when I'm blowing large numbers of enemies to smithereens. Perhaps it's because of my AMD GPU. You run on Nvidia. Who knows. My favorite method is the correct mapping.Correct mapping means to know how to use atlas,what to invest on each map and of course the time it takes you to complete the map.

Thanks for this extremely helpful video. Even though most of it doesn't apply to me (I play very casual and SSF), it is still helpful to learn how the pros make it to the highest levels of POE gameplay. Now if I can only get a character past Cruel Labs and mid-70's... I may be able to pull it off soon as I finally got a Tabula drop and should be able to advance further with a ED/Contagion build.
At times, I wish for a PoE Auction House... but then, I remember how it went for D3... But still.. I would love to be able to trade with people without having to go in their hideouts, or get them to mine... It has a D2 trade feel to it, that I don't like... Would be pretty nice to have a way to have automated trades going, just to be able to sell items when you're going to work or something... or maybe, don't have to interupt your run, or ask people to wait until you finish your run Any and all of this would be very very interesting to have on PoE... At least from my perspective, and.. My PC is kind of old, it takes longer then it should to TP to base, or just to go to someone hideout... And it get very daunting for a casual player like myself, to have my play session interupted by constent trading.. And it gets even worst if I don't constently interupt my play session, because I miss out on good items, good sells, and I delay everything, by not doing certain trades I can't be the only one feeling this way about PoE trade system
tbh the auction house in d3 only got fucked because of irl currency getting mixed in. if they kept the micro transactions away from the auction house it would be fine, and much appreciated too. i usually shy away from selling items because i cant be bothered to create tabs and put them on forums and stuff. also because i'm lazy :x
I disagree partially Yes, putting real money in the auction house was a bad idea But no, its not what ruined it, or at least, I don't think its what did What ruined D3 AH for me, is that you didnt even have to be in game to play the Auction House, it was very very easy to snipe good items at low price, and re-selling them a bit higher than purchase I think that was the biggest problem with D3 AH But I think, given the number of currencies available in PoE, and the nature of trades in PoE, it could be a great system, if done right, and only "if" To me, a "perfect" AH for PoE would be: 1- Able to work with poe.trade 2- Have a timer to complete trades (so you have to actually be in game and still go for it) 3- Could pre-arrange a few trades that you have listed, to be automated 4- Be harder to just snipe trades To be harder to snipe trades, I would suggest to extend the duration of the auction to up to 10minutes when a new player beats the previous bet, and if the higher bet doesnt fill his part of the bargain, he could have some fee, and default to the second best bet, and third and fourth (can't go back to a player that previously missed the trade) Its just a bunch of ideas, but... I would really really enjoy... just something to make the whole trading process... just a itsy tiny bit less painful than live

This is also my least favorite part of POE. I think it is a wall for a lot of players. POE is a very complicated game, and the trading system just adds to the complication. The cure is a WoW style auction house using the same currency that is currently in the game. I guess this would also entail some sort of mail system to received the goods in once they are bought on the AH. Many people play AARPGs as opposed to MMO's because they don't want to have to be forced to interact with others, and the current system does force that interaction, unless you want to play SSF which really limits what you can do with character builds. An auction house is really not needed when a game has very targeted loot like D3....meaning, the loot that drops is predominantly for the character/build you are playing. When there is no targeted loot, and the loot tables are as vast as POE, I believe an AH is warranted. POE is a great game....my only negative is the trade system.
Just a general note for the Fated Connectins Prophecy You need more than 1 Jeweler Orb - You actually get a 6 LINK by six-socketing an item. Meaning you'll have to use as many RANDOM amount of jewelers it takes you to finally hit 6 sockets. They will then be automatically linked.
I presonaly think running Poorjoy's in rotation for "Chaotic Disposition" divine cards is also a very good way to make money (does require a magic finder in party and fast speed to keep up for profit) and it also gives a ton of XP, I am getting 120-180mil/H depending on speed of the clearer at lvl 95
Seems like you would recommend we watch all of your videos....btw I feel like you kinda underplayed The Scourge. It has been 400+ chaos in both recent races on HC and SC. Amazing Video though, 10/10 much needed for the new league with the recent gain in players.

I just need to say something about the ad before this video for HULU, although it has nothing to do with this video and most of you probably didnt see it, since youtubes algorithm for ads is user based. Hey, love your work! @8:28 you say the chests throughout the lab aren't as powerful as those the end. Is this true after 3.0? I thought they were all the same. Maybe they were just buffed, but the ones at the end are still better somehow?

i was able to do this in legacy. Got myself a pretty good Varunastra for 1 ex and sold it for 2,5

poe trade system is trash and needs an auction house. I get tired of messaging a minimum of 4 people for an invite.
best thing to do with the prophecies: find decent unique (rolls can be important) which has fated version, buy prophecy for upgrade, sell for profit.

Hulu will not ruin TV for you, in fact it will make you long for a cable setup, becuase the amount of ads hulu shows without hulu prime is astronomical.

@@EngineeringEternity can't argue with that! I had more fun with my arc trap shadow than with 3 characters and 3 seasons of diablo 3. You allow Izaro to keep all of his buffs per trial. If you watch the Labyrinth Guide, you will understand more about what completion means for each buff.
