I just discovered your channel through your sons flosstube. Your stitching and patterns are lovely. And your chihuahuas are so beautiful. I have 5 little dogs myself and all but two are rescued. Three of my babies are chihuahuas, one is a chihuahua//dachshund and one is a dachshund. I had another dachshund that was the brother of the one I have now. We rescued them together. But he passed over a year ago. My heart is shattered. But his spirit send me my last chihuahua to love on. I am working to get all caught up on your videos 👍.

You have an amazing stash! I think you should do the Sheltering Tree. It is an inspiring pattern that I feel could be sort of meditative. I find trees soothing and a symbol of strength. I'm from Kentucky but currently living in Arizona and I miss the trees! I like the keychain. Thanks for sharing and I'm an animal lover too!

Advice for you when you stitch on black fabric make sure you have a light of some sort behind your fabric so you be able to see the holes a lot easier. Or a light piece of paper for the light to reflect on. Good luck

Hello and welcome to Flosstube :) I loved the stash you showed, you have so many projects ready to go that's exciting, just pick one out when ever you want. I never pre-kit my patterns - I'm constantly changing my mind, lol :o) And since Flosstube endabled me so much it is even harder to stay just on one kind of fabric, linen, floss etc. :) Anyway, I enjoyed both of your videos very much, hope to see you soon, Silvia
I've been looking for a flosstuber who has very similar tastes in Halloween cross stitch! One thing I can tell you about the overdyed threads, they have to be conditioned before you use it or they do knot like mad! One conditioner I use is Thread Heaven. One small container lasts 20 years so far! You can also use wax and the cool thing about wax is you can get different shapes for different holidays. You pass your floss through the Thread Heaven 3 times and then pass between your fingers to remove any excess. When I'm using wax, I condition the same way although they work differently. Thread Heaven removes static while wax leaves a thin coating on the thread. Waxers have been used for a long, long time- a Google search will show you some charming vintage examples. I also have tremors, happy you've found something to help but it doesn't show up as much as you might think. I'm the same way about using aida, still can use lugana sometimes.
