One of the scariest moments I had with my daughter was when she was like 4 months old I had gone upstairs to get her out of her crib, as I was walking down the stairs only 4 stairs down I was wearing sock and the stairs were wood, so I slipped and I had her in my arms and I started to fall forward, and I just pulled her to my chest and threw my legs forward and my head and chest back. I landed straight on my back and slammed my head on the stairs. I slid down the last 18 steps and when I got to the bottom I was dazed and I still had her in my arms and she wasnt even crying. I was bleeding from the back of my head and I just went to the couch and layed her down and checked her over. I just started crying so hard. Not because I was hurt, but because it scared the fuck outta me that I could have hurt or killed her. I called my wife and told her, and told her everything was ok, but I needed stitches in my head. I took my daughter with me to the hospital and all was good but this guy is something else. Also after that I went to my local skate shop and bought some Grip tape and slapped so much of it on those stairs that theres no way you're gonna slip.
I had a similar situation with my son, he was about 4-5 months old, going down basement stairs & I lost my footing & went to fall forward. I don't know what or how I did it but I managed to land at the bottom, baby to my chest unharmed & some how I was only bruised up!! I couldn't breathe sitting there. I just can't imagine hurting your own child, ANY child!! I've accidentally hurt my kids, like carrying in groceries & bump one of em or something like that & geez!!!! I always feel so horribly guilty. I just can't imagine. God bless this baby & those who loved him.

When my son was 5 we were wrestling around and he started to fall off the bed. I caught him, but there was just enough give that his forehead hit the nightstand and a big ass lump formed..no scar, went away a few days later. He's 22 now and to this day, there are times when I look at him and I remember the feeling of not catching him in time. I've never laid my hands on my son. Our children are supposed to know they can come to us for protection.

Not that it matters, but I definitely know his name. That poor kid Timothy Ferguson never how to decent life whatsoever, he lived his entire life a prisoner. His mom was working on becoming a lawyer, go figure. Scum.

My Dad was a volunteer fireman for 37 years and there was a girl that had her baby at home and left it in the toilet. Didn’t tell anyone. She was young and nobody knew she was pregnant. When someone found the baby the firemen went on the call. I’ll never forget how much that effected him.

Dealt with that shit from around age 4 up to 16. Then I moved out. Then he tried it again when I was like 27 and turned around and chased him into the house where he locked the damn door on me. Putting fear into that "man" made me feel like I had super powers in the moment. 🤣 But for real, I just got done doing 17 months in county and he seriously tried that shit on me right after I got out. He called the cops on me but fortunately I maxed and wasn't on parole. That and the neighbor had security cams on her house and caught the whole thing and there were multiple neighbors that also witnessed the whole thing so his story didn't work out for him. How you gonna act tough my whole life and then bitch out the day I stand up to you and concoct a fake story to try to get me in trouble with the cops right after I get out of jail. That son of a bitch never spent a day in jail but absolutely should have with all the shit he put me my mom and my brother through.

Actually you can buy cheesecake in Canadian prison at least). Its about 5 dollars on canteen, it was a friday, I bought a point of heroin to celebrate the friday (this was at 10:55pm, lockup was at 11), and they found me od'd with my face in the cheesecake. Hope I never go back to those days.

Then I appealed it then missed the court date so I had to deal with the capias now smh. Learner hit me with 12 months 10 days and the combination of a sentence made me eligible to go to prison. So now I had state time instead of county time fucked my world up 😂. And that was all first offense commonwealth ain’t shit

Racial hate and threats deserve punishment, but shouldn't the death of a child from violence, no such thing as aaccidental violence, be punished even more so in America's culture. Your analysis of the sentence is incorrect on this one. When they speak of "Inital Confinement" in Wisconsin, that is a term used after the "Truth in Sentencing" act began a while ago and covers sentences for any felonies commited after Dec. 31, 1999. Under this law, sentences are given out as "Bifurcated Sentences". There is an initial term of confinement given and then a period of extended supervision. No parole board is afforded and no good time is calculated on that initial term of confinement. What you receive is what you do. I think that there may be some things that can take some time off (like boot camp program for youthful drug offenders or something), i am not wholly clear as all of my 17 years in the system (11 of that in Wisconsin) was served under the "Old Law" sentencing when we had 2\3 as our "Mandatory Release" and were Parole Eligible after 1\4 of our sentence. WI Statues Chapter 973 discuses the Sentencing in Wisconsin if you want to look at it.

I caught him, but there was just enough give that his forehead hit the nightstand and a big ass lump formed..no scar, went away a few days later. He's 22 now and to this day, there are times when I look at him and I remember the feeling of not catching him in time. I've never laid my hands on my son. When Timothy Ferguson died at age 16 after months of torture by his mom and brother, he stood at 68 inches and weighed 69 lb. He died of hypothermia during one of the many ice baths that his older brother used to torture him. They also force fed him bread covered with the hottest hot sauce they could imagine and would make horrible sounds to aggravate his autism in sensory processing disorder. They also had him under 24-hour surveillance with motion sensing cameras that have loud alarms on them so anytime he would move even just a quarter inch the alarms would go off, he'd get tortured. he was made to do wall sits for hours, wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything other than the bread with hot sauce in small amounts of water, the mom wanted to force feed him saltwater, at least that was something she discussed with her older son. like a bad accident I had to watch the entire trial.😢 the prosecutor and judge gave the most beautiful closing to any trial I've ever seen though I'll give it that much, for that young man's memory it made an impact on me. Not that it matters, but I definitely know his name. That poor kid Timothy Ferguson never how to decent life whatsoever, he lived his entire life a prisoner. His mom was working on becoming a lawyer, go figure. Scum.

Is a typical profile of somebody with antisocial personality disorder that features sadistic episodes. Anyone who's been in prison is surrounded by people with antisocial personality disordered traits. Basically criminals that are run by survival and self-serving their own needs, they use people as a means to their end and then dispose of them. They live parasitic Lifestyles if they're far up on that spectrum. Aspd is a spectrum just like autism, a lot of us have some antisocial traits but most of us can discipline ourselves and reform our personalities to the point where we maintain control over those intrusive thoughts
Not even a slap or a strike with a slipper is appropriate. Children are people, too and deserve dignity and to feel safe at home. Parents shouldn't be their childs first bullies.

Is that a common thing alcoholic dad's do? Punch their kids in the stomach? I had an abusive alcoholic dad to and he used to punch me so hard I couldn't breathe for almost a minute sometimes. Dealt with that shit from around age 4 up to 16. Then I moved out. Then he tried it again when I was like 27 and turned around and chased him into the house where he locked the damn door on me. Putting fear into that "man" made me feel like I had super powers in the moment. 🤣 But for real, I just got done doing 17 months in county and he seriously tried that shit on me right after I got out. He called the cops on me but fortunately I maxed and wasn't on parole. That and the neighbor had security cams on her house and caught the whole thing and there were multiple neighbors that also witnessed the whole thing so his story didn't work out for him. How you gonna act tough my whole life and then bitch out the day I stand up to you and concoct a fake story to try to get me in trouble with the cops right after I get out of jail. That son of a bitch never spent a day in jail but absolutely should have with all the shit he put me my mom and my brother through.

So now I had state time instead of county time fucked my world up 😂. And that was all first offense commonwealth ain’t shit

Your analysis of the sentence is incorrect on this one. When they speak of "Inital Confinement" in Wisconsin, that is a term used after the "Truth in Sentencing" act began a while ago and covers sentences for any felonies commited after Dec. 31, 1999.
Under this law, sentences are given out as "Bifurcated Sentences". There is an initial term of confinement given and then a period of extended supervision. No parole board is afforded and no good time is calculated on that initial term of confinement. What you receive is what you do. I think that there may be some things that can take some time off (like boot camp program for youthful drug offenders or something), i am not wholly clear as all of my 17 years in the system (11 of that in Wisconsin) was served under the "Old Law" sentencing when we had 2\3 as our "Mandatory Release" and were Parole Eligible after 1\4 of our sentence.
WI Statues Chapter 973 discuses the Sentencing in Wisconsin if you want to look at it.
