Just Some Guy with a Mask on John Brzenk is an absolute living legend. Sure he's lost matches, but the man has cemented his status dominating the sport for over 20+ years beating guys who are much bigger than he is. He literally pulled everywhere around the world. No arm wrestler could match his legacy not to mentioned he’s always shows class & is humble John is simply the GOAT. Even now at his age John is still a beast. 💪

Devon Larrat is one of the best arm wrestlers that is complete in every style of pulling ( hook top roll). He is one of the most endurant person i ever pulled. After pulling 25 guys he still have juice to beat guys who are full energy. His technique is beyond this world. He is a great teacher and travels around the world to teach his gifts to the young arm wrestlers. I consider him a complete champ. He is an example over the world!

I’m more impressed by Devon’s selflessness, he sent out the hammer to “it’s rightful holder” and that’s a champion’s heart. Denis loved the hammer and won’t give it, true champions right there.

Idk how the hell Laletin is so darn strong. Yes he's tall but his arms look skinny compared to some of the monsters he arm wrestles. He is so impressive.

Every top armwrestler has their worst moment like John Brzenk losing to Devon in 2008 or Denis losing to John Brzenk in 2008 or Pushkar losing to Denis, Devon etc. It was Denis who made Devon think that I have limit too. But, to be defeated by Denis does not make Larrat an ordinary armwrestler I think.

Yup. Compared to the top guys like Chaffee, prime Dennis, Levan....ya, he doesn't have quite the horsepower. But unless you have power like all but a few in the armwtestling world, he could flash you if he so chose. He main weapons against elite pullers is his superior table IQ and stamina. Still one of the best.
Why do you "think" hes that strong ??? Yes hes quite a good arm wrestler, BUT, with a dead lift of not even 400 pounds {if that lift he done was real weights} and what did he strict curl, was it 150 pounds ??? {thats is that was real weights} If they were real weights, thats strong for the averge guy, but not at all strong to average men who workout in the gym all over the World. So why do you think hes stronger than 99%, which is not true.

@@waynerock999 For the average guy?! Dude....he pulled 4 plates and he doesn't even deadlift. He benched over 260 and doesn't bench press. Also, a 150+pound STRICT curl is not average. In fact, your typical gym rat juice monkey would not be able to do that. I do have a powerlifting background and have trained with some very strong guys: don't typically see an average guy....or even a naturally gifted guy, just walk up and pull 405 without any training.

The Dumbell Devon was curling was actually 80kg the previous dumbell was 73.5kg

Endurance can be classed as a measure of strength and for that he's #1. Pushing and pulling power he's obviously not the strongest but that's where tactics, experience and mental strength make up and put him well in the top tier of arm wrestlers and one of the best in the world when fit.

Should have also perhaps mentioned that the Denis matched convinced Devon to start training differently/heavy because he didn't really believe anyone could be as strong as Denis's left was that day (which I would also say was the best shape Denis has ever showed up in). Congrats again to Denis, his dedication to achieve that conditioning, and his win that day.

He was curling way less and already had health issues preventing him from competing regularly- didn’t you know that ?
@@Alex-1750 Well, if we look backwards, back in 2008, Denis got rekt by Brzenk and Brzenk got rekt by Larratt the same year, he might've been the heaviest, maybe stronger in other aspects, such as powerlifting or strongman exercises, but let's face it, his peak was in 2018 in the arm wrestling world, getting better at technique and AW strength.

FYI Brzenk said he was injured and forced to take the match Vs Larratt back in 2008..
He said that to Bowen..he just didn’t want to let Neil Pickup and his sponsors down and Larratt was insisting..

I think at this level they do not constrain themselves from juice, he must be taking as much as his body can take. Such thing as limitation comes into play when you're a human however you call yourself
