Very first train, headcode 94. That used to be the code for my local - Victoria to Coulsdon North, which I got from Thornton Heath to East Croydon to visit my Gran in the 1950s...

Some of the footage has featured before on a set of dvds we did under the A&J brand on behalf of Online video about 12-15 years ago. I have tried to keep previously used footage to a minimum.

Was that a Class 365 that passed through Herne Hill?

When I was filming I didn’t record what came through and it’s a little dark too see from the footage but it may have been a class 365

      No.
      1. I couldn't see the yellow first Class stripe above
      2. There were cylinder windows at each end of the carriage.
      3. The brake fan didn't sound like the one on the 365. It was definitely a 465.
      4. The seat handles were square. The 365s have a irregular triangle.
It's quite strange seeing a 465 pass Herne hill. I assume they did it in the past.

@@ysaviationtrains2313 They did pass Herne Hill in the past when they were being delivered from York to Slade Green and Grove Park Depots being hauled by Class 33 to replace the Class 415/416 EPBs Slam Door EMUs and when they are Out of Service running back to the Depot and when they were working the Victoria to Ashford and Canterbury West services worked by Class 465/9s

I think it was a Class 365 because it was painted in Connex Yellow and Blue livery and the Class 465s and Class 466s were normally painted in Network SouthEast Red, White and Blue livery

@@lewisculverwellvlogs9789 The only 465s that were in Connex livery were 465/0/1.
