Ferro cement slabs and aluminium cladding panels are also used for creating wardrobes as a cheaper alternative.
The finishes used on wardrobes are laminate finish, acrylic finish, PU Finish, Mirror finish, Auto paint finish etc.

Hai sir,
While designing wardrobe, is it mandatory to have a layer of plywood(wardrobe material) at the rear side of wall as well?. Earlier, when we construct houses, if the wardrobe side is not adjacent to bathroom(moisture issue), the inner side will be the painted wall itself. only layered partitions and shutters will be there. Is there any problem in doing so?
