This song makes me thing of 2 things 1. An 80 cartoon about the human body I watched as a kid (Once Upon A Time: Life for those wondering) 2. The lift in the building my old psychiatrist was in (it was on the 28th floor, long way up)
I know this sounds cheesy and cringe af but when i went to japan a couple years ago i played this album and a couple other jazz fusion albums on the plane ride from chicago to tokyo and when it landed "Take Me" came up as I got off the airplane. And maaaaan it was euphoric. Hell of an experience, and the first time I've ever left the U.S! I'm 1000% coming back if I get the chance. I love this album

The Telegothika I think it sounds more complete due to the amazing reharmonization in elec piano. Level 42 keyboardist is very prolific but never played so full of tensions like this one.

I remember when this was all over TH-cam's recommendations 😄 This track is great for living is a big city. I would not eat mint jam though, even as a mint lover, it sounds gross 😅

「TAKE ME」はYAMAHA GS1で演奏するべくつくられたような楽曲だ。本当にこのＦＭ音源の名機とマッチしている。またＧＳ１にしても、この曲ほど機材の持ち味を存分に活かした楽曲もない。アンサンブルエフェクトの重厚な揺らぎが非常に心地よい。カシオペアにはずっとＧＳ１を使い続けて欲しかった。あの時代はシンセサイザー業界がいけいけの時代で、新しい機材こそ素晴らしいと思われていたのだが、リリースから３０年以上経ち、あらためてＧＳ１が名機だったことが分かる。
