That solo guitar lick at 4:54 with the pause is a perfect example its pure will and perseverance personified. The little rag time solo is also incredible.
I found an old verbatim CD-R, which has my uncles name on it. It was scratched all to hell, but on it has the words "Casiopea". Which I thought was a misspelling of the constellation "Cassiopeia". Turns out it was this gem

TOTALMENTE DE ACUERDO CONTIGO EN MI VIDA EH ESCUCHADO NADA MEJOR. CON EL RESPETO QUE ME MERECEN LOS GUEROS QUE SON LOS CREADORES PERO ESTO SUPERO A TODOS
The little keyboard solo at the end is like pure Super Mario Kart stuff. These Japanese fusion bands like Casiopea and T-Square were a huge influence in all the VGM we know and love.
Sasakis more complicated drumming wouldn't have fit in after the first two albums, and as you probably already knew, that's also why he left the band. Akira fits in a lot better into this particular Casiopea sound, which got them popular in Japan back in their heydays.
The little keyboard solo near the end is fantastic!
sounds like a soundtrack from NES!
I always picture the whole audience jumping up and down and hugging each other during that part. So fucking epic!
The whole song is gold, but something about the part at 5:49 with the fast pace and clapping...
it's just the cherry on top
Makes me cry some days. So awesome, I can picture everyone in the crowd hugging each other, jumping up and down.
@@LinamQB6 erm… that’s a little bit outlandish, bucko…
@@worldtrademark_ thank you pep pep
The ending of this song is the best, it says to me “don’t be sad because it’s over just hit replay”
and then the song does it for us
one of the best modern jazz band...salute...
This recording is iconic
Casiopea always deliver what people want...
Amazingly, MINT JAMS is entirely recording of a live performance.
I love this album and I really had no idea! Cool!
Absolute Banger, oh my god!
Mint jam can be delicious even if time passes
it never expires
Mint...
Jam...?
_Sounds like heresy to me._
This sounds like the culmination of humanity's perseverance and determination
@C. Round :/
That solo guitar lick at 4:54 with the pause is a perfect example its pure will and perseverance personified. The little rag time solo is also incredible.
I Swear! this is a good song
Yess u true
This is so ass I love it
its not a casiopea without guitar solo that almost impossible to play with
Love love love!!! ❤️
What a feel good number!
Please play this on my funeral.
when they lower you in have them play the keyboard bit at 5:49
5:10 will always be my favorite part, this is the best version of Swear.
Damn... i miss my cassette tape. I own all casiopea album.
This sounds so good, the melody and improvisation is very clean
Only these improvisations are so incredible that should be preserved in writing. They sound very composed to me. Like , they should not be altered.
This is what music has worked to strive for, this level of FUCKING BANGER
I love this song so much. The keyboard sounds used in this are so perfect. The vocal "ahhs" sound so so good.
04:08 - 05:09 Amazing guitar solo.
This is some high-quality music! Love it
永遠のbest and only one
divine song
I found an old verbatim CD-R, which has my uncles name on it. It was scratched all to hell, but on it has the words "Casiopea". Which I thought was a misspelling of the constellation "Cassiopeia". Turns out it was this gem
that guitar solo...
This song embodies perfection!!
greeting from france, casiopea is fucking awesome !
welcome to the club, I'm French too . Epic final!

such a good live recording
Casiopea can harmonise chord changes of jazz rock composition smoothly.
Bravo!!! 👏🏻🙌🏻
This is Relaxing....
Swear
Posiblemente mi banda consentida .los amo. Grandes maestros musicales

gs1 sound is unmatched
Good Feeling
2:15 the lick
The little keyboard solo at the end is like pure Super Mario Kart stuff. These Japanese fusion bands like Casiopea and T-Square were a huge influence in all the VGM we know and love.
The whole almbum sounds like rockman's snes game (japanese version of megaman)
that little part on the keyboard solo at 2:28 is just so good
que hermosa creacion
2:15 almost the lick
Absolutelyyyyyy:")
buen grupo
At 5:20, they do it, the crowd cheers. When my car does it, everyone is yelling for me to pull over.
truly says a lot about society
A god damned greentext post brog4ht me here. Ive not known music before
thank you.
We came from the same 4chan thread if i remember correctly he said he liked "dream hill" by casiopea
was recommended this in the comments under a wii sports tennis music video
ditto
Agreed
Did Casiopea use a Yamaha GS1 on that track? Sounds totally ike it! GS1 rules!
niiiice
5:49 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙉 𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙄𝙎𝙈𝙊 becomes Super Mario Bros
Super Mario World atlhetic theme.

He's a great YTPMV guy that also introduces me to great music. This has to be my favorite.
6:00 has got to be the best part in my opinion. What are any of your favorite parts of this song?
6:00 for anyone looking for dj fridge from ITFT……..hey wait i saw what they did there
I miss Sasaki, he really made the first album something else
Mukaiya finally resurfaced as a Tokyo Train jingle producer,it's only a matter of time until Sasaki resurface,I can't get enough of his playing.
Sasakis more complicated drumming wouldn't have fit in after the first two albums, and as you probably already knew, that's also why he left the band. Akira fits in a lot better into this particular Casiopea sound, which got them popular in Japan back in their heydays.
I usually like studio versions better but this is one of the exceptions
