I felt safe, mainly because I took taxis a lot and avoided sketchy neighborhoods. Since it’s a Muslim country, I also chose not to wear revealing clothes out of respect. You can never be too cautious in this world 😅 while walking in the city center some men stared a lot, also some men from 🇮🇳 came over to me asking to take pictures and videos with them, not OF them, but me + them, which made me really uncomfortable, but that’s alright they took my rejection calmly 😅
I m happy u r safe... the undesirable incident is rather unpleasant.. pls beware.. there are many immigrants ( some are illegals) in Malaysia... If u feel unsafe get away quickly from them.. all the best take care of yourself n enjoy ur stay in Malaysia🎉

Malaysia is very safe for female travellers, always catch a grab which is much safer as your trip is tracked and logged on your grab account
