The rep count on max difficulty is a bit intense because, even though it tests your strength, it scales on stamina instead of strength and it slows your ability to unlock new exercises. It wouldn't be so bad if you got exp like 5x faster for the extra reps. That's why it's honestly a good idea to lower the difficulty so you can get access to the exercises. You can use ankle/wrist/vest weights to transfer some of the difficulty to strength over stamina. If you do do that, just know that a little bit of constant dead weight is a lot of extra work, spreading out 5 lb.s between your ankles/wrists is really noticeable until you're used to it.

Extreme Ring Fit looks intense, wtf. I'll try working out to this stream to see if I can even keep up. 30 reps of squats? It's just body weight squats, but holding it every rep would make it really tough. Same with every other exercise.
pro tip from most gym instructors: if you want to build strength, please rest your body for 48 hours specifically, the muscles you worked out for this stream
Was a good Workout session since I did workout as well just not the exact same as I have other things I used instead. Seems like it was aiming for different thing then what Axel is used to doing. Higher levels is more reps to the workout and I think the jogging needs more to hit the highest speeds. I remember when I started this I was not at the level he was at. Think this is around the max so this is meant to be a slow progression to that level.
