So Sukuna saved him and used RCT on Megumi so he wouldn't die after Mahoraga disappeares after being beaten.

About the civilians in the building scene They just see yuji pointing/doing a slash motion in the air and killing people Mahoraga is a curse and The sukuna lines only we as the viewer can see to differentiate yujji from sukuna

Sakuna didn’t teach Mahoraga anything during this fight nor is his ability regeneration, it’s adaptation that’s why his limbs come back. His body remembers what happened and adjusted based on his opponent, in addition to that no one has survived Mahoraga being summoned so it’s doubtful that he’s run into an opponent with techniques like Sakuna; Had that been the case bro would’ve been in a different fight.
