You never shit where you eat! Golden rule. Also, someone needs to show them how to dig a big hole for their trash and how to bury it or burn it. ANYTHING would beat what they are doing.
There is a glimpse of a community living without rules or organization of any sort. Everybody does what they want to do, trash all over the place, no colaboration and they keep living like that. I doubt that even Dante's Inferno could be more filthy than Mathare slum!
