I’m doing meditation from long time,day 2of Isha kria,I don’t know but I feel this senseation on my forehead always and while meditating it becomes stronger
My second day: I keep crying involuntarily during the process ... not sure what’s going on but after the practice I feel lighter. I will keep going with this practice hoping to don’t flood the apartment with my tears..thank you @sadhguru 🙌

I've been doing this for 7 mins each day for 1.5 months. I'm at the stage were I find myself automatically chanting this now when I hear a thought arise. I'm at the stage were a full thought is just a waste of mental energy. I don't let a thought unravel itself now. Instead I just cut it in the beginning and find myself chanting, I am not the mind. Its helped tremendously. The places where I use to feel anxious I no long feel that way thanks to the chant
I've been practicing for about a month now, and I'm at a point where my Emotional triggers, old pain, and repeating tendencies are increasingly becoming more known to me, and there is a lot of pain. But I also notice that when I'm not in these pain patterns, then I feel much more aware, and much more at ease. But it's a continuous shifting back on forth between the pain patterns and being at ease.
I don't know about others but one difference I noticed is the separation between thought and emotion. Even if I get negative thoughts it still didn't bother me because my emotion never went that way. The biggest advantage of this is even when you're in an uncomfortable situation you will still be relaxed.
It works! I swear. I do this before going to sleep to calm myself from my everyday life. I have practiced this for a long time now and the more I study the more I learn about Isha Kria the starting point for me was taking Sadhguru's advice to just add this repetition of this sentence before falling asleep my next step is voicing aum this has not happened yet I know this will be my next step fallowing my guide #sadhguru . On my 4th day of the journey. I lost my father a few days ago. This added additional anxiety & I was suffering from panic disorder. I went through a series of medication during January 22' to treat my anxiety. While the medication worked to suppress & give me enough sleep it came with lot of side effects. I started loosing interest in most of the things with medication & I had to stop it without even consulting the doctor. The last 10 to 15 days turned out to be a nightmare. I used to wake up in the midnight with severe chest pain, uncontrollable breathing & I always felt either I am going to die or go mad right then. Now, the problem is not about dying but it's about going through such episodes repeatedly. I didn't know what to do. I felt I should rather die than going through this hell every now & then. Deep down, I knew it was all because of stress that had built up. I also development a habit of googling all my symptoms to only find a series of deadly diseases. I was always a follower of Sadguru. I felt this man make so much of sense in almost everything he preaches. While I go through such a painful phase, I came across the isha kriya online & installed the app. I started doing it objectively. While I started the process with question mark, I can't believe how patterns has changed within 3 days. Its still not making completely sense to me except the fact that during the kriya I would slow down my breath & focus on the center of my eyebrows which has lot of scientific explanation. I never imagined such kriya's can be so effective. My anxiety reduced to a great extent while I am on my 4th day today. Thankfully ever since I started the kriya I didn't go through another panic attack in the night. What is magical is my heart rate trend. As a neutral follower of Sadguru, I can't refrain from thanking him. If not this, I would have ended up in conventional treatment which will only make things bad over the long run. Excuse typos & errors. Just dropping a quick note here through my cell phone waking up in the midnight (early morning). Thankfully this time I didn't wake up with another panic attack. :)

I never allow myself to be a little detached when thinking those two thoughts. I've done this for the very first time in my life, my mind was fully calm, no thoughts or emotions, just emptiness. Purple colour was appearing in the area of the third eye, from the middle of it a pulsing golden light in for of the ring, like made from the smoke, starting from one point and growing as a circle. sometimes it was a perfect circle, it has changed it shape like it was really from smoke, and that brightness was alway coming from the centre of that purple colour. Thank you Sadhaguru for this pleasant experience. :))

I live in America and my entire life I've just felt an entirely different way and conducted myself in a manner that was completely different from the way that I was raised. I was never even tought that yoga existed I've heard of people meditating for many different reasons and it never made any sense to me, now that I'm older I have found yoga or it found me rather but now I feel as though I've found who and where I was supposed to be this entire time

Mantra is designed for the sound vibrations it creates rather than the meaning. Further many sanskrit words do not have any correct words / translation in English.

It starts slow and the sound becomes very loud. It is distracting to the extent that it pulls me away from the process and I find myself struggling to stay in the process. I am sure there are people who feel the same way I do. Sadhguru, I would be very grateful if you can make a recording of this meditation without the background singing.

I am currently 29 years old. This half a year, i have enrolled the online inner engineering program and watched a lot of sadhgurus video on youtube. ALL THESE HAVE REMINDED ME THAT at the age of 3, i always wonder about other people. Are they me? I also realised that i can move my finger at my will but i cant move other peoples finger at my wind. Now i finally know my body is not me, and being human is SUPER.
I find that when I didn't get good rest and is very sleepy or low energy, my mind goes all over the place in meditation and every day life. Does this mean that focus in spiritual path requires that much mental energy to combat the karmic structure?

A profound practice indeed. This explanation of the location of Manipuraka charkra has us confused, Sadhguru says it is located at the place where other sources say is Swadisthana. If so, where is Swadisthana? Solar plexus?
Even Osho was referring as same, its according to Zen or Tao tradition where it is referred to your centre as two inches below. But focus on the point and you only could tell your true centre after days of practice.

I have been practicing for a week now twice a day. My experience with life as someone diagnosed as an adult with ADHD has been a challenge. Meditation within this first week has helped for sure with anxiety but I’m still struggling to keep my mind from many thoughts and trying to ignore them. After the vibration Aaas I find myself alot more at peace in both body and mind but I can’t always keep focus on the chant at the start. Is anyone able to give some advice if they had a similar sort of experience. Thank you very much :)

I have been doing meditation for 3 months and yes, it should feel difficult to do because meditation is not an act, it's a result of being, it can often be boring especially if you don't know "what's the goal of it"?. Let the mind handle itself but you guided it into the direction that you desire. Especially when a person has ADHD, he/she must be at ease and has inner peace to be able to think clearly without forcing his/her mind to think. When you practice Wim Hoff's breathing method, you will become at ease during any kind of meditation or sadhana. You will be able to breathe deeply with no anxiety and stress.

It happens to me too. I get white circle and blue sometimes. It's totally different. I feel like crying also. It's amazing and want practice more.
Its a good sign for the next stages of spirituality but continuous practice is necessary.

Namaskara Sadhguru, thank you for this powerful guided meditation. I have been practicing this kalpavricsha meditation for quite sometime now. I do alright until the background singing begins. It starts slow and the sound becomes very loud. It is distracting to the extent that it pulls me away from the process and I find myself struggling to stay in the process. I am sure there are people who feel the same way I do. Sadhguru, I would be very grateful if you can make a recording of this meditation without the background singing.

I am currently 29 years old. This half a year, i have enrolled the online inner engineering program and watched a lot of sadhgurus video on youtube. ALL THESE HAVE REMINDED ME THAT at the age of 3, i always wonder about other people. Are they me? I also realised that i can move my finger at my will but i cant move other peoples finger at my wind. Now i finally know my body is not me, and being human is SUPER.

I find that when I didn't get good rest and is very sleepy or low energy, my mind goes all over the place in meditation and every day life. Does this mean that focus in spiritual path requires that much mental energy to combat the karmic structure?

A profound practice indeed. This explanation of the location of Manipuraka charkra has us confused, Sadhguru says it is located at the place where other sources say is Swadisthana. If so, where is Swadisthana? Solar plexus?
Even Osho was referring as same, its according to Zen or Tao tradition where it is referred to your centre as two inches below. But focus on the point and you only could tell your true centre after days of practice.

Month 7 now. The last 2 weeks I feel that i am falling asleep. Is this part of leaving a little space between my Body/Mind and Me.??
What you're not telling them is all they need to do is breathe rhythmically Same in as same out time wise Creative rhythm that rhythm will balance out your brain waves in order to make you think clear You're Cross legged posture at the same time will allow your chocolates to align once your brain waves flatten out But at any time you can breath rhythmically and instantly gain focus
So powerful I have become 200℅ more balanced person

I have been practicing for a week now twice a day. My experience with life as someone diagnosed as an adult with ADHD has been a challenge. Meditation within this first week has helped for sure with anxiety but I’m still struggling to keep my mind from many thoughts and trying to ignore them. After the vibration Aaas I find myself alot more at peace in both body and mind but I can’t always keep focus on the chant at the start. Is anyone able to give some advice if they had a similar sort of experience. Thank you very much :)

3 weeks on from my last message and still going strong everyday. Been getting better at just being able to let go and I’ve realised that when I let the mind run without bringing attention it, all the pressure is taken away and I find myself in a better state. I will check out this breathing method now and see how it goes for me. Thank you once again :)

It is wonderful to hear that you are doing great! I have been doing meditation for 3 months and yes, it should feel difficult to do because meditation is not an act, it's a result of being, it can often be boring especially if you don't know "what's the goal of it"?. Let the mind handle itself but you guided it into the direction that you desire. Especially when a person has ADHD, he/she must be at ease and has inner peace to be able to think clearly without forcing his/her mind to think. When you practice Wim Hoff's breathing method, you will become at ease during any kind of meditation or sadhana. You will be able to breathe deeply with no anxiety and stress.
