    I have been in this process every day without fail for two times a day for at least 8 months. Powerful and dynamic! I'm doing things with ease of movement today which troubled me in the past. It has given me space to choose new programing in my mind. The friction of the mind and body dissipates and it has enhanced me. At 45 I'm now in the best shape emotionally mentally and physically. The momentum draws me to ease with Isha Kriya.

    i have been using Medication to sleep. after using Isha kria i have stoped..completely. and i am so calmer..and Much less of a dormat..
    i ish i had met him à while Backstreet.
    but it is not to late to change......ouf...really glad i took the engeneiring program also..

    What you're not telling them is all they need to do is breathe rhythmically Same in as same out time wise Creative rhythm that rhythm will balance out your brain waves in order to make you think clear You're Cross legged posture at the same time will allow your chocolates to align once your brain waves flatten out But at any time you can breath rhythmically and instantly gain focus

    I have been practicing for a week now twice a day. My experience with life as someone diagnosed as an adult with ADHD has been a challenge. Meditation within this first week has helped for sure with anxiety but I’m still struggling to keep my mind from many thoughts and trying to ignore them. After the vibration Aaas I find myself alot more at peace in both body and mind but I can’t always keep focus on the chant at the start. Is anyone able to give some advice if they had a similar sort of experience. Thank you very much :)

      3 weeks on from my last message and still going strong everyday. Been getting better at just being able to let go and I’ve realised that when I let the mind run without bringing attention it, all the pressure is taken away and I find myself in a better state. I will check out this breathing method now and see how it goes for me. Thank you once again :)

      confusion is a good thing.. even i had this.. but then i did some digging.. our body has fundamentaly three parts.. the body which is the flesh and blood.. then our thoughts from brain and nerves which stores the useful and useless info that we gathered through time..and then there is energy that runs all this.. pure electricity..and when we die we leave behind the flesh the blood and all the thoughts and information we gathered through time.. but the energy which ran the whole system merges back to universe or cosmos.. it is physics theory that energy is neither created nor destroyed because it is again scientifically proved that ever electron was created with the big bang and it does not die ,it just moves on freely and sometimes it powers something.. so you are nothing but pure energy.. energy which is older than everything..imagine this.. you have been existing from creation of time..and this present human form is just another play..so play it by getting involved but reminding oneself to not entangled in it..and you have the power to create anything ..you can create your own heaven here...

    This is an extremely powerful meditation. Sadhguru is absolutely correct that separation occurs where you realise you are an etherical being, you realise you have a body and mind, you are not the mind and body.     On my 4th day of the journey. I lost my father a few days ago. This added additional anxiety & I was suffering from panic disorder. I went through a series of medication during January 22' to treat my anxiety. While the medication worked to suppress & give me enough sleep it came with lot of side effects. I started loosing interest in most of the things with medication & I had to stop it without even consulting the doctor. The last 10 to 15 days turned out to be a nightmare. I used to wake up in the midnight with severe chest pain, uncontrollable breathing & I always felt either I am going to die or go mad right then. Now, the problem is not about dying but it's about going through such episodes repeatedly. I didn't know what to do. I felt I should rather die than going through this hell every now & then. Deep down, I knew it was all because of stress that had built up. I also development a habit of googling all my symptoms to only find a series of deadly diseases. I was always a follower of Sadguru. I felt this man make so much of sense in almost everything he preaches. While I go through such a painful phase, I came across the isha kriya online & installed the app. I started doing it objectively. While I started the process with question mark, I can't believe how patterns has changed within 3 days. Its still not making completely sense to me except the fact that during the kriya I would slow down my breath & focus on the center of my eyebrows which has lot of scientific explanation. I never imagined such kriya's can be so effective. My anxiety reduced to a great extent while I am on my 4th day today. Thankfully ever since I started the kriya I didn't go through another panic attack in the night. What is magical is my heart rate trend. As a neutral follower of Sadguru, I can't refrain from thanking him. If not this, I would have ended up in conventional treatment which will only make things bad over the long run.
    Excuse typos & errors. Just dropping a quick note here through my cell phone waking up in the midnight (early morning). Thankfully this time I didn't wake up with another panic attack. :)

    My second day: I keep crying involuntarily during the process ... not sure what’s going on but after the practice I feel lighter. I will keep going with this practice hoping to don’t flood the apartment with my tears..thank you @sadhguru 🙌

    It works! I swear. I do this before going to sleep to calm myself from my everyday life. I have practiced this for a long time now and the more I study the more I learn about Isha Kria the starting point for me was taking Sadhguru's advice to just add this repetition of this sentence before falling asleep my next step is voicing aum this has not happened yet I know this will be my next step fallowing my guide #sadhguru .     Inner journey to your source is what Sadguru advises through this Kriya. Initially contemplate about the two thoughts avoiding all other thoughts while aware about your inhalation and exhalation. It is simple and yet powerful.

    I've been doing this for 7 mins each day for 1.5 months. I'm at the stage were I find myself automatically chanting this now when I hear a thought arise. I'm at the stage were a full thought is just a waste of mental energy. I don't let a thought unravel itself now. Instead I just cut it in the beginning and find myself chanting, I am not the mind. Its helped tremendously. The places where I use to feel anxious I no long feel that way thanks to the chant

      I've been practicing for about a month now, and I'm at a point where my Emotional triggers, old pain, and repeating tendencies are increasingly becoming more known to me, and there is a lot of pain. But I also notice that when I'm not in these pain patterns, then I feel much more aware, and much more at ease.
      But it's a continuous shifting back on forth between the pain patterns and being at ease.

    I have been doing this, daily for several weeks. I am experiencing a lot of changes, some subtle some more profound. I have been curious to learn the translation of the mantra that Sadhguru sings. If you put the captions on, you will find a phonetic translation which makes me chuckle like Sadhguru himself!

      Mantra is designed for the sound vibrations it creates rather than the meaning.
      Further many sanskrit words do not have any correct words / translation in English.

    I've done this for the very first time in my life, my mind was fully calm, no thoughts or emotions, just emptiness.
    Purple colour was appearing in the area of the third eye, from the middle of it a pulsing golden light in for of the ring, like made from the smoke, starting from one point and growing as a circle.
    sometimes it was a perfect circle, it has changed it shape like it was really from smoke, and that brightness was alway coming from the centre of that purple colour.
    Thank you Sadhaguru for this pleasant experience. :))

      I also experience the purple color in the area of the third eye. I wondered if others had the sense of this color (or any other color) with their eyes closed while in this meditative posture. Thank you for confirming.

    I find that when I didn't get good rest and is very sleepy or low energy, my mind goes all over the place in meditation and every day life. Does this mean that focus in spiritual path requires that much mental energy to combat the karmic structure?

    I don't know if i should focus on my breathing or should i focus on my mental reaction to those sayings ( i am not the body.. i am not even the mind)
    I tried both and when i focus on my breath i seem to get more deep into meditative state but lose the attention to what i actually say to myself and what ot means

      Focus on the breath. But also the thought itself, and your awarness of it.
      The saying'' i am not the body. i am not the mind'' is to be put like a layer on top of your breath. Like he said '' your breath your thought and your awarness '' it should be all three ;)
      I would suggest you listen to the instructions carefully and try to see what it means really. And then just experiment doing it.

    Hi , I tried to do it the first time but being in that unusual position, my head started to turning around a bit a I felt the blood circulating in all my body so I take it easy a bit , also for some reason I started to cry during his chant....I’m confused. Why did this happen?

    I don't know about others but one difference I noticed is the separation between thought and emotion. Even if I get negative thoughts it still didn't bother me because my emotion never went that way. The biggest advantage of this is even when you're in an uncomfortable situation you will still be relaxed.

      You are not the body, you are not the mind. You are an all knowing pure soul but your focus is on the mind which is influenced by the outside world and has lots of illusions. Hence the kriya will help you come back to your true self which is your soul, separating the influence of the body and the mind.

Religion has been brought down to the level of mystics/madness or religion is projected as CBT(Cognitive Behavior Therapy) for psychosomatic disorders. We understand that the purpose of religion is to teach the philosophy of living to human beings. When can we see the true Hinduism in its simple & humble form which existed during the period of Gurus like Bhagavan Buddha, Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Swami Vivekananda, Swami Ramathirtha, Bhagavan Ramana maharshi and Nisargadattamaharaj ?     t first i notice spark like sensations as it was my first time doing so i noticed my thoughts almost losing focus and i quickly switched it back. This happened twice then an experience of unexplainable caliber happened. When i opened my eyes slowly i felt the shift back to my body. After i realized an immense amount of control over, my physical body, emotions and thoughts. This is truly breathtaking. Thank you.

    A profound practice indeed. This explanation of the location of Manipuraka charkra has us confused, Sadhguru says it is located at the place where other sources say is Swadisthana. If so, where is Swadisthana? Solar plexus?

      Even Osho was referring as same, its according to Zen or Tao tradition where it is referred to your centre as two inches below. But focus on the point and you only could tell your true centre after days of practice.

I never allow myself to be a little detached when thinking those two thoughts.
