Profits from Bitcoin haven't been rotated into alts because the top is not in yet. Bitcoin will go much higher before truly rolling over. That's when profits will rotate and cause the alts to soar.

The money that flowed into altcoins in previous cycles came from retail and not institutions and the rich. I don't think the ETFs are directed at retail, but rather at investment fund and asset managers who act on behalf of the rich and the corporate sector.

Also retail doesn’t have the extra trillion in stimulus floating around the way we did in the last cycle in the US, and god only knows how much $ in other countries.
I mean.. They're directed at anybody who wants exposure that doesn't wish to buy bitcoin and crypto directly.. But yes, individuals buying etfs are NOT looking to trickle money into smaller altcoins! As btc gets more expensive and institutionalized I wouldn't even look at it to lead alt-season anymore.. I'd look at ETH or SOL! Mainly SOL, as I think ETH will become more institutionalized as well! Retail has started coming back but not on lvls seen before... Ppl have started reaching out to me about crypto and I've got a few ppl involved. So it's coming around as I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to. I'm also seeing more crypto related post on my fb feed! Seems like they're at the bottom of the hill about to start their treck upward. But of course, we should also face the reality that this time could be different in terms of retail... I mean, a lot of ppl got burned last cycle - myself included! And I personally know some ppl without as much conviction that simply said F this market! With prices rising, they're getting curious - but they're still iffy on going full dick in, like before!

I think that the ALT season for Real World Asset tokens has already begun because of the Black Rock Real Estate ETF. RWA tokens like Landshare are pumping hard since yesterday.

I'm only investing in projects that are building the foundation of Web3. ICP, Chainlink, Render, 0x Protocol, API3, File coin, Celestia, Clover, & ONDO.
I still have all the old L1 coins like ADA, ATOM, ETH, AVAX, etc staking in the ledger vault but I'm not buying anymore of them.
Cardano (ADA) & ICP are interesting ones to me.

Historically I’ve seen alt coin tops come in 9 months after the halving event.
This also works for mining companies. Their tops come in at a similar period of time.

icp is the only altcoin anybody needs. The alt season starts about 3-6 months afer the Bitcoin halving. And could run till about August 2025. All recent crypto activity was all on hype and fomo about the ETFs. So people relax don't sell sit back and build a better life 😊
