@@vergil4220 nope. have you tried it live. It looks not like it. Uaing just 1st skill cannot grant you 6 wisps. You need ulti for that. 4 wisps if 1st skill alone. 5 wisps with blink from second skill and 6 2wisps if using ulti.
Hey elgin you've forgotten to include that mathilda's teammates can also circle the enemy if they press the special skill while mathilda is flying. Also mathilda can activate her second skill while flying.
recently i'm playing her on the rank and she's so good ngl so i want to share my tips, but the first thing that i want to tell u is that Support Mathilda is good but using Mathilda as a Damage Dealer is preferable, since she can gain more shield when using ult and she can easily kill them but i prefer using her to support if the enemy has no tank :v My Tips : 1. her skill has a delay on it(idk what's it called lmao) and since Mathilda can easily harras the enemies, try to tap on her skill 1 more time so u can give the damage much faster(example : if the wisps just reaches 3, u can tap them so u can give faster damage, especially when you're ambushing alone) 2. if you're marking a very mobile enemy(using your ult) like fanny or lancelot or etc. try to tap her 1st skill *after* u cast the ultimate, so the wisps won't be wasted away 3. Midlane is her best choice and always try to rush the enemies jungle because she can give a very strong damage(try to maximize her abilities) 4. always buy Glowing Wand and Genius Wand for her core items edit : last time i also played Mathilda as a jungler and it's incredibly amazing :v anyway that's all from me, thank you for ignoring me

my build : (support) 1) boots : - can use any boots 2) courage mask 3) idk what its called but 20% cdr book 4) choose one of these : - necklace of durance (anti heal) - glowing wand (poke) - genius wand (burst) 5) ice queen wand 6) bruteforce breastplate all of those items give mov speed except for the book and nod ermblem i would prefer getting support ermblem bcs it gives you the highest mov speed plus and if you dont want to buy mana regen boots, use the hybrid regen in support ermblem for the talent i use the 15% less respawn n spell time since I use aegis A LOT for the spell I prefer aegis since this is a support build but purify can also be a choice.
Quick Tip: Use 1st skill and use ultimate to the target so the 1st skill can gain up to 6 wisp so after you stunned the enemy you can deal much more dmg its because 1st skill deals so much dmg and 4 wisp can make half a marksman hp so 6 wips stacks are much better so better use the 1st skill first and then click the ultimate so you can stack up to 6 wisp (you can also easily rush enemy heroes in the turret when you do this combo) 👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌

I use aegis if i use her as a support and flicker/execute if I'm the damage dealer. She could be a support and an assassin at the same time, use her damage dealer build but roam at the first 12 mins of the match. You can actually one-shot a squishy hero such as marksman or mages but make sure there are no cc heroes protecting them. Mathilda is a very strong hero in the early game. her only weakness is when getting cc or the enemy has a lot of health
I saw bug on Mathilda Use mathilda in practice go at the corner in the base then, put bot wait until u are at the outside of map then when u outside of map remove the bot ur stuck at outside of map
A good iod combo for mathilda is her combo then there's another tank to use the dash by second. I have done it with my bro and it is OP. It's useful with TG, Atlas, Belerick, khufra etc. For the set.

Enchanted Talisman for mana regen and CD reduction. With Mage Emblem and these 2 CD reduction items, the total CD reduction is 35%. You can kill purple buff monster or buy Magic Potion in late game to gain maximum CD reduction. 4. Clock of Destiny. This hero has low max HP, this item can improve her survival and damage at the same time. The maximum mana bonus and magic damage bonus let her increase her damage from item (Lightning Truncheon) and skills. It also increases her total amount of shield from skill 2 as it receives bonus 180% of her total magic power. 5. Holy Crystal. It works great with Cloak of Destiny to increase maximum magic power. 6. Blood Wings. It is the highest HP and Magic Power bonus, excellent item combo with Holy Crystal and Clock of Destiny for survival and damage output. With this item set, I can soak more damage during team fight, provide more support to the team because my high CD reduction and high magic power, it makes my 2nd skill can use more often with higher amount of shield absorption. My damage also very high, I can 1 shot assasin/mage/mm who has low maximum HP easily. Tips: Make sure you always use your basic attack to proc her passive damage before cast skills because your passive can be recharged easily with her 2nd skill and ulti. But she always has to use her 1st skill before other skills. With maximum item, her passive damage can deal up to almost 1k each hit, don't waste it. Use her 2nd skill to soak damage from enemy skills, it provides shield to the whole team within her skill range, so you must use it to save your teammates when needed.

Her first skill does not have a limit of 4 wisps, its actually 6 wisps if tall didnt know. It just that u cant get upto 6 with your movement speed alone
